How well does the Microsoft Steering Wireless Wheel work on Windows 10?

I have read lots of conflicting info on this. Some people said the wheel works but no FFB, rumble only. Others said no rumble or FFB. More research suggested certain games were fully supported by the developer (like Grid Autosport). And I read somewhere that Microsoft once promised Windows drivers for the wheel but never delivered them.

I have the wireless receiver which is of course necessary to use this wheel on PC.

Does this wheel work fully with Forza Horizon 3, Forza 7, and Project Cars 2?

Finally, I read about a utility called KrossX Duranzo. Supposedly it makes this wheel fully functional on the PC. Is that true, anyone tried it?

I just read about a program called Forza Emuwheel. Would this work on the Microsoft Wireless Wheel for the Forza PC games?
