How will pit stops work with electrical cars?

Obviously, batteries would have to be switched. In China there are electric powered buses for public transportation, and they have their batteries changed in 10 minutes.

^They should be selectable. Instead of gas, you refuel with Duracell batteries (or Energizer if you wish).

Couldn't we just plug into that bunny during pit stops, I think lithium can jumpstart a spaceship.
