The only thing that is still active is paint hacks.
(I can do this if anyone needs a diff colored Amemiya RX-7 fd3s or any of the other non-paintible cars)

Let me rephrase this... You CAN share and/or trade hacked cars but once you "open" them in your garage, the changed settings will reset to default.
For example; the horse power, wings, and stance will all be reset.

No, you can't. The second you go online with 2.12 all your 'hacked' cars revert to their original, unhacked settings. The thumbnail may show the old high horsepower, and the super low stance, and wingless beauties, but that gets corrected the minute you try to use the car in any way. 👍

A friend of mine told me something I find cool. Which I have tried
Setup up your car so you are happy with it.
Do a engine swap on the car
When you drive it will sound like the swapped engine. It will have its normal power that it would have without the swap. You will only be able to hear the swapped sound. Others will hear the stock engine sound.
One thing that is really cool about this is with a 787B swap. Say you put it into a RX7 FC or RX7 Enfini FD. The idle will be at about 500RPM. The 787B engine sound idling at 500RPM sounds like a 6 Rotor engine idle.
Still makes for a good way to give your cars the sound you want.

Probably going to be a pearl type.
Whoever is making it, try Whitest White from the pearl category. Or the white from the premium Aston Martin V12 Vantage
One of those should match it nicly and the Whitest White paint will not change to cream white in certain light. It will stay white

Yes you can, I have made some after 2.12 update, cant do engine swaps, stanced cars or hp multiplier but you can add hp still other ways.

You can but you can't trade them as they reset though I think you can share them and borrow glitch them. You Tube has a few videos on how to borrow glitch and there is simple programs that will do it in seconds.

If I try to borrow any hybrid cars I have on share on my other accounts, they get "reset" for certain aspects, such as engine power... 👎

@ SUV.. Would you be willing to put it on share.. I'd like to see if it resets after I get it.. I don't have any of the old hybrids but I have some with the special parts like stage four and five weight reductions and engine builds and some that can use the stage 4/5 turbo
