To anybody doing this "hybrid service", I'm not asking how to achieve this, but how it is achieved? Doth it require... Jailbreak? Or simply a save and a hex editor?

Say, could someone do a Pace Car, just as fast as any other hybrid, but perhaps with a silver chrome color scheme? Is that possible? PM me if you wish. I have only recently started really playing again, so apart from UCD pace cars, I have nothing special.

^ i been trying to ask for help some sort of direction or could someone build be a car with no luck. I think were just to late to the party at this point? I would prefer to be able to do this on my own but i settle for just one built car. Well from experience, I've had help. I don't need someone to show me or tell me how, I just want To know if it possible. I figured out how to change hp/engine/chassis/drivetrain and suspension aspects myself.
