this is making me sad. I can't make them at all.
you and me both buddy everybody is all meh about it to. IDK if it was me i would be handing out cars and help left and right. All the cars and paint horns, part's i give away for free on this game, and cant get one of theses special cars. from anybody kinda sux. especially when everybody all posting i made this and changed that but I cant get one car made or any help.....? SMH

I'm not handing out cars because I'd rather the cars I make, be unique to my taste! Therefor I have my own style to drive around in. I don't send people cars either, point blank period. I know it's nice to have these things, but instead of whining, learn how To do it.
I learned how to do it ALL on my own apart from the suspension. I don't see why others can't. Whether or not these options are in game, these cars are unique to what I like and I'm sure others are the same!
What do you think of getting volvo 240glt with 20K hp? I could send you that volvo at morning. Interested?

Im currently in the process of learning how to do it too. So far threw together a 21000hp Z34... Definitely going to bring that down. One part I would like to know is the engine swaps and the suspension parts and what not, though... First Im gonna get the whole Horsepower down pat first...

There is to be no discussion of "How-To", or videos pertaining to that, on GTPlanet. The PM system? Yes, that's still GTPlanet. Anything that touches on how to modify game saves (and thus, violate Sony's TOS) will not be tolerated in this thread, or any other place on GTP. The internet is a big place; do it somewhere else.
