True enuff...I learned years ago in school (attempting popularity ) that when you try to be someone you're not in order to make someone else happy...you're miserable anyway. Just be yourself (cliche?...nahhh. ) and if she doesn't like that, it won't work anyway.

Attempting popularity is no fun. I have seen people try and do it and it always backfires. I would not say I am popular and that I am not. Im friends with a bunch of people.
