I don't know if GT3 is worth getting a PSX2-need your input

OK, I'll start off saying that I work at McDonald's and have a sh**ty minimum wage job...I need to bust ass for my money.  

I saw one of the jaw dropping TV ads for GT3 and debated weather of not I should blow my money on a PS2 just to get my grubby little hands on this oh-so-pretty game.  

I have some questions I wish to ask you guys, which will help enhance my understanding of what my hard earned money will possibly be going into.

1) Can you see the dashboard (and interior) when driving in the in-car cam

2) Are the physics really as good as they claim to be on the GT3 web page?

3) Are the steering wheels that are offered as good as the ones for computers (do they have REAL force feedback - not just the vibrating junk, I'm talking about lateral turning of the wheel...

4) 1 to 10 how much do you like GT3?

5) What don't you like about GT3?

6) Does my articulate style of literature confuse you?

my reply is exactly the same as the persons above me except the thing i dont like abut gt3 is hw bloomin hard the special licence is ..i fell as if im never going to get this but this adds to the fun and gives you a reall challange!

Hi, Of course it's worth it, I got my PS2 for £210 not sure how much in $, bought mine second hand, no problems, it was 3 months old.
GT3 was the main reason for buying a PS2

yo justin gt4 must have a cockpit view. gt3 doesnt nor did any of the others. its not worth buying the ps2. Its a tight game but its not worth 200+dollars not counting the game.

Absolutely worth it, in fact, buy the PS2 GT3 bundle, you'll save some bucks.

Basically Buy the PS2 and GT3 or i will come and rip you from limb to limb and bite off your...... sorry i got a bit carried away.

I have used the steering wheel and it is the dogs bollo* but the force feed back isnt as great as it could be but this is no reason to not buy the game, also only get the steering wheel if you have tons of time to spare.

look why would you just buy the ps2 for gt3?? doesn't gt4 mean anything to you?  the two hundred, i bought mine for 300 dollars is worth it cuz you get the dvd and everything plus all of the real games that will be coming out.  I'm saying real games because the first games that come out on any system are always noncomparible to games that will come out in 1/2 to one full year.  so buy the ps2 get some dvd's and gt3. as soon as you are bored with gt3 then some other tight ass game will be out. so yeah it's def. worth it.

not true i heard that the xbox graphics will only match playstation 2, they will not show up ps2 graphics.  plus xbox doesn't have the rights to make a gt game so if you want the gt series you hafta buy a psx!!

i bought the ps2 and gt3 pack yesterday and it wasn't just for gt3. think about whats to come like metal gear solid 2 and other games like final fantasy and gran turismo 4 (if it comes out, which it should) i don't think you should buy it just for gt3 look at whats to come then decide wether you want those games then buy a ps2 and gt3 to keep you occupied till the games that you want come out.
