I Find This Kinda Funny

Okay, you guys will probably close this thread, but I just think that this is kinda cool. I recently was playing GT3 with my friend and he knows about my drifting skill in the game. Anyway, long story short, I setup one of his favorite cars and turned it into a drifting beast. By the way, this car was the GT40. I just thought it was so hilarious to watch his eyes light up as he saw his favorite car in the game going sideways around Laguna Seca and Midfield Raceway. I was just wondering if you guys had any similar experiences with your friends and their cars?

lol , i did that to this guys F1 car and the handling didn't even change. those F1 cars grip until the end

I did that for a friend as well. He couldn't drift his R390 for crap. After I had 5 min with it, he was drifting the big bend in Tokyo. He was overjoyed.

I did this to my friends beloved RX7 (he has one in RL). We started racing on Trial Mountain, and he peeled out through the first four gears. and then spun around 360 and watched me drift the first turn with ease. I can't do it to him anymore though, as he is getting pretty decent at drifting.

I love when people try to play GT3 with me and use cars from my garage. Almost all my cars are setup for drifting and I don't know anybody IRL that can drift in GT3. They all just grip drive..and very poorly at that. They always end up spinning out everywhere when they use my cars. "How the **** can you drive this thing? It has no traction and you just slide into the walls. What the ****?"

Yeah that's funny as hell, I think that everyone, so far, who has tried to drive my cars has failed miserably. It's really quite a good feeling that you get when your friends spin your car all around a track and then you grab the wheel (or controller) and slide your way home.
It's good being a drifter. I love me. HAHAHAHA

Funny stuff, Shadow Drifter. I should sneak settings onto my friend's cars, as a lot of them are still in their "OMG, D00d InItiaL d! iS tEh mAd bLiNg!1!1!", etc. Which is an unfortunate side-effect of me giving them the series to watch, but eh... funny to watch them rock up thinking they're the best things ever, but only because I tweaked their settings.

Or maybe I only find that funny because I'm a cruel bastard.

ooo yeah! my roomate always uses this 1000+hp ruf GT. he has no idea how to drive in this game, and always goes into the wall. i tighted up his stering so hard he stopped using and learned to drive for real....he never figured it out.. as for drifting ...ITS A LONG ROAD before that happens

Haha, I made my friends supra a drifting beast when he left for about 10 mins. When he came backa nd raced me he was like" What the ****! I can't control my supra!" I was laughing so hard when he'd spin out and lose the race, or slam into a wall and crash into me. It was hillarious watching him being so confused with his car thinkin his constant gamesharking came back to bite him in the ass. HAHA, just had to let you guys know aobut that.

i had an experience where my friend watched me drift around midfield 2. and he wanted to learn how to do it. i spent 30 mins tryin to teach him how to drift, but it just didnt work out. Some people understand it some people dont

Wow, who brought back this old thread? I have 879 posts now by the way. I have te retain some sort of normal life, I can't be on the computer all the time.
