Sum of basically all of my Honda room encounters...

Come into the room with a similar horsepower ff car...

"Where's yo' v-tech boy? Huh, where's yo' v-tech ****** (it's the "n" word)?"

Me: "I don't have one and don't call me that. My car has the same horsepower and is front wheel drive though. You want to run?"

"Yeah aight, line up"

We line up. We launch. I pull on him about two cars. He responds, "Just wait 'till my v-tech kicks in."

His v-tech never kicks in and I am called all sorts of names including the "c" word and the "n" word.

Stand up group of guys those Honda boys are...

It really make me laugh when I get kicked out of a room titled, "Honda Drag Day" for pushin; a Honda S2000. Even when the host was running an S2000. He was drifting and there were 6 Civics and 2 integras drag racing. If there are any of you Honda fanboys in this forum please explain to me why you are all so against the S2000 and NSX. It just dosent make any sense.

Cause they like slow cars!

Lol, that's part of a new update coming soon... Same story repeats itself in every Honda room best way to fix it is by hosting one ourself and set the rules.

I would love to have one of those EP's IRL, but I'm afraid to repeat my own story back when I was in the Honda world years back.

The real Honda world is as obnoxious as in gt5. You had better not beat one of them because then you run the risk of having your @ss kicked by the whole group of them. No honor and no class. Just a bunch of thugs who can't afford anything else but a Pick-and-Pull engine and a cold air intake... if even that.

Lol true that. And I was wondering why I always get kicked... Never again I went in a Honda room.

Which photomode locations are those???

Real but I have a new look for my fd2 :)

Yeah I can't take it that seriously but I still want a Honda one day.. Must be fd2 or earlier tho.. The newest series doesn't rev as high (only gets to the 7s) and the bubble shape fn2 is repulsive..

I don't think I could get to the stage where I swear at people and what not for beating me.. I appreciate their ability to tune or tree and say nice.

Idk why other Honda fanatics take it to heart

Hyperspeed

In real life some Hondas are insane.. Fact is on gt5 they limit them to like 400hp, but there has been 1000+ hp k20s..

Id rather a hotted Honda over a supercar.

Can park it at shops
Can take it to a track then drive home
Vtec is reliable
Easy on fuel
Easy to park
Don't have people constantly looking at ur car
Don't have people following you on the highway.. (one of my friends dad had a Ferrari 360 and people would follow him on the highway to get a better look.. And I mean like really follow..)
A proper boot (trunk)
The ability to surprise some idiot at the lights when you blow him away..

List goes on

Look up Chris Miller Civic on YouTube, his civic is INSANE. Does 8's on the 1/4. He has like 1100 HP and 46 lbs boost lol

Hahahaha. Bad idea no matter what you're running.

Depends how long you stay. And I'd always check my engine and everything else before I attempted to drive home.

And obviously I'd let it cool down

1 run... even 1 burnout can be enough to trash your vehicle beyond the point of driveability. Just be sure you got a friend with a trailer that you can count on.

Definitely..
And who'd go racing alone?

I meant more a track where you go around corners :P so I don't always have to punch it so hard.

I race alone because I'm a one man wolf pack.... Hahaha. Just kidding. But I see what you're saying about track racing. Still I would never take a chance.

Agree with viper but one thing that you may not experience in you country is that Hondas are one of the most stolen cars in US, I went thru that when I lived in Florida years ago with my EG coupe, I guess that's why I get for street racing in my younger years that's why I dont bother building another one.

it depends who you hang with. in australia i havent been to any street racing meets. its more just some showy c:censored: comes up to you at the lights in his commodore (aus 4 door mustang with a chevy engine) or a falcon (4 door mustang equivelant too) and your little honda whips his ass to kingdom come. (IM NOT SAYING COMMODORE DRIVERS ARE ALL SHOWY ASSHOLES.. But some can be, i appreciate a nice commy myself)

i prefer my car to look mint and clean. that way it just looks like a normal honda and no-one would wanna take it. also the more stock it looks the less police attention you would pull..

my mate's veilside celica is a cop magnet.. you start the engine and they watch you..

Gotta have big toys to play with the big boys, even my old ITR was laughed at by the GT-R boys because they knew traction killed me, there's a good reason your mates Veilside Silly-car gets attention, because it's all show, no go. Unless you got something decent in terms of power or performance you don't get to roll in the right circles.

Hondas do get stolen just as much as any other car but the good ones are all equipped with excellent security systems because the owners know either it will get stolen or insurance companies won't touch it far that fact.

oh but it is go too, easilly the fastest car ive driven and ive driven commodores, a falcon, got lucky enough to drive a 2001 teg type r (my favourite car ever driven) and a few others.. and my point was hotting up the visuals attracts cops.. so really no need to remention it.

awd is like training wheels..

and agree with security systems part.

and also i dont plan to run with the street racers.. thats when you get into other things too and attract attention to yourself. and leaving the visuals close to stock would be pointless then too.

I agree with your insurance point. In America, Civics before the year 2000 were not insurance friendly, because of how easy they can be stolen.

I used to have an 85 Accord that I could open faster with a 12 inch ruler than I could with the key :sly:

To be honest, I've been around far long and security systems don't work!!! If they want it they'll take it, there are toooo many tricks out there and thank God for full coverage four month later I had a 4k dollars check in the mail.

As is the case with most cars (so I hear).

No, 99% of those cars need a key in the ignition still. Fords will drive without them. Put a screwdriver from each terminal on the battery and BAM

Now I know how to steal the local '69 Mustang that is always cruising on the road

Oh yeah...the starter solenoids were very conveniently placed on Fords
