I need help to reach 302+ mph

I need help to reach 302-305 mph (or more) on the Test Course using a TVR Cerbera Speed 12 or a Pagani Zonda C16S 7.3...the best i've done so far using both of them (fully modded of course) is 301 mph...

Can someone suggest me some settings (tranny, suspensions, etc..) ?
I know i'm not a good tuner..but i hope that someone here could help me...

How much downforce have you got? You want abit on the back, and none on the front. Gearing is also important and I think suspension should be as low and stiff as possible.

I added a wing on the Cerbera, but it didn't change so much!
Front DF can be set from 0 to 30, and Rear DF can be set from 10 to 50.

I tried :
F DF 0, R DF 50 : reached 299-300 mph
F DF 30, R DF 50 : reached 295 mph
F DF 0 , R DF 10 : reached 301 mph

I know it's strange, but i tried for hours and hours, only changing DF, and these seem to be the results...

With the Pagani Zonda C16S 7.3 i can't set DF because u can't buy a wing for it..
I think i could at least make better tranny settings, but i don't know how...
