Idea For New Photomode Competition

I've been thinking, amazing huh? anyways i was thinking about a competition where the host selects a car, then the contestants take that car and modify it using photoshop or any image editing program. then when the contestants submit their entry they must provide a before and after shot to prove that they acctually modified the car. there will be no restrictions on tools that can be used, of course swapping the in game car with a real car is out of the question.

Let me know what u guys think of my idea

Since the unlimited photoshop competition seems to be dead, I'd say go for it. I never really participated in the photoshop unlimited competition, so I don't really know how well it would do. But hey.....

The other option can be the host providing a basic photomode picture
then people modified it to a very creative/beautiful photo
kinda like Vicious VP comp but less demanding on commercial use
so it tests people's photoshop skills and creativity instead of photo-taking skills

Sounds great. But I think the host should not only pic the car, but the location. Or maybe a certain angle than everyone has to shoot. Just some ideas. But, I love yours.

how about this... the host, or previous winner, submits 3-5 untouched gran turismo photos. contestants choose one of them and everyone submits there photos to the host (so nobody can copy someone elses ideas) and he/she chooses the top 10 or 20 or whatever... just an idea

yeah thats what i was thinking, basically the host chooses the first 2, then the contest winners will those the ones after. im still not sure if the person choosing the car should provide the image or specify what the want. but the response im getting from speedy and franz is making alot of sense. the purpose of this contest is to show creativity and photoshop skill so im guessing itll lean towards to the idea of the contest winner supplying the untouched photo. thanks for the input guys.
