If you designed a GT Vision Car what would it look like?

@Leggy1. It looks like it could be the modern day brother of the original Countach. Looks great. 👍

Here's my latest vision. It's an extreme Fiat 500 concept, that's loosely inspired by a Lamborghini rear engined, Fiat 500, (though mine is far less extreme).

It's a two-seater and is rear engined. It's a bit rough round the edges but i'm working on a neater version.

[EDIT]

A few more pics.

Currently working on another SketchUp design, a BMW vision, mid engined, inspired by the M1. Should be finished soon :)

Veyron R/GT/LM (or any superlative acronym):

No idea why Bugatti didn't build it (that they would have had insufficient funds is a boring excuse I don't want to entertain).

I don't see purpose for it other than a rich mans play thing...

I've missed this thread somehow, for some time. Opened this page and found the amazing Abarth design by @Nessy.

Excellent work and I love your designs. Keep'em coming

I think the front needs raised a tad just to make the canopy work in the front 3/4 view.

Other than that it looks good. And needs the M5's V8 for the super-hot version!
Ill try that, and do a more hardcore version that would have the V8. Thanks for the suggestions 👍

Sooo..... I made one that I was gonna scan to this thread, but unfortunately it turned out to look exactly like the Audi Nanuk concept.. I originally planned the back of the car to be like the RS7, the supporting frame similar to the GT-R with its upward slope. The front of the window until the curvature of the hood would be the R8, and then the emblem down to the ground was a mix of the S8 with no grill, but inverted to resemble the grills of Aston Martins or some if the new fords. For a while I thought that I should be a designer for Audi. I thought it looked frickin beastly until I stood back for a minute, and realized I have seen something almost exactly spot on with it, and then it hit me..

Too bad I don't have it still as I was so made I threw it away for a game of trashketball...

They don't have a designer, they have copy and paste.

You should've posted it though, sounds pretty good.
Yeah, I guess whatever VW makes they add chrome. I really wanted to be a mechanical engineer for a while and work for some American companies, work then for VW, and then transfer to Audi, but calculus in school killed me...

Like I said, looked exactly like the Nanuk...

It's unfortunate you no longer have the picture, and i can relate to what you're saying here^, that happens to me all the time. Sometimes the subconscious stores awesome things that we've seen, and then when we sketch an idea (without use of any visual reference) , our minds convince us that we've never seen anything like it before... until that last stroke of pencil line. I'm pretty sure we can all relate to that.

@Leggy1. The BMW looks awesome. I wish i could 3D model like that 👍

Thanks @Mat123 , @bdj57 ,@CeeJay and @AlvaroF . 👍👍👍👍

Thanks, I'm not sure I like it :indiff:. I used to draw cars like you do, all the time, but then I started 3D models instead. Should probably do some drawing again.
