Ignore threads?

Is there a way to ignore threads? There are a few I'd like to ignore. Or ignore all threads by a certain user? That'd be fantabulous. Some people need to be ignored, completely.

Will this ever be added? I know that the forum engine supports it. I am on a few other sites that share the engine and the ignore button works great.

Is there something wrong with not viewing threads? Even in subforums that I frequent there are bold links that I just don't bother clicking because I have no interest in the threads' contents, whether I no longer do or never did.

Thread ignore is not a feature of XenForo; perhaps the other sites are using a custom integration or add-on. If it's added as a core feature in the future I'll be sure to enable it here, but it's not currently an option.
