I've uploaded several new versions of the wizard in the wake of update 1.03. I saw that there was definitely a change other than simply the tire fix. The test results were just too consistent.
Today, I had a breakthrough!! Now, not being in the PD offices, I can't guarantee that my assumptions are accurate, but the results seem to indicate that I'm on the right track.
With the new wizard, the average lap time gain around The Streets of Willow was 1.2 seconds across all my testing. The newest wizard is up on the site.

I've removed the 4WD wizard because of redundancy. The other wizards did a better job on 4WD cars. Simply use the wizard that is best suited to the the car you are tuning, for instance the Gallardo would use the MR wizard.

FYI, I know a lot of you like to use Priano's tunes. They are good tunes for sure, but I punched in the values from Priano's sheets and (today's) wizard spit back very similar values.
