Why does every bodykit I've seen for the 350Z stretch the nose out like that? It looks awful.
...Hmm. Probably good for aerodynamics, isn't it? Still looks like crap.

Because you've probably seen only like 50% of the bodykits available for the car.

Oh and PR, how do you think you could improve the weight dynamics of one of the lightest sports cars by adding more weight over the front wheels? Comparibly speaking the SCOOT 4rotor weighs about 25% less than a typical LS1. Come on, bud, you know better. :)👍

Isn't it in GT4 as well? I know there is one that looks just like that in GT, but I'm not sure if its the Option.

Some of you guys sure are picky :guilty: :dopey:

First time the USA has won a D1 event.

Last time I checked a Mustang was not an import, unless you live somewhere else in the world. And since you live in Cali, then it's not an import.

But the muscle car guys get all pissy if you post drift cars there :(
:P

I wouldn't be surprised if I'd seen less then half of the bodykits for the 350Z, I just think it's just strange that every one I have seen does pretty much the same thing. Especially considering that thing is ugly and functional, when most commercial bodykits are ugly-but-supposed-to-look-good and not functional.

Muscle drift cars are fine, Bubba Drift anyone? But they don't belong in a thread dealing with Imports.

'Nuff said. :D:tup:

I don't mind muscle cars drifting, it's just that there's a time and place for them.

25% less, huh? I don't care to look up this "SCOOT" but I will get stock RX-7 figures:
Curb Weight (lbs)

2789 (base model with 5 speed)
2857 (base model with automatic)
2800 (R1)
2862 (Touring with 5 speed)
2923 (Touring with automatic)
And the LT1 powered RX7 here weighs in at 2950 lbs, with 50 more lbs on the front than the back, so it pretty much retains the 50/50 weight balance. A LS1 is about 60 lbs lighter than a LT1, which would make the car 10 lbs rear heavy (!), with the setback this guy used.

There's the whole deal about the LS1 not blowing up when you look at it the wrong way, too. And it can be bought pretty cheap, probably cheaper than a rebuilt 13B.

Actually that Scoot doesn't look to bad...I can't believe I just said I like an RX-7.

The Scoot sounds so nice but its drop dead ugly. This coming from the most hardcore rotary fan....Anyone know what tailights those are?

They're from a Nissan Cima, which was sold here as an Infiniti M45 (not the current one, the boxy one from a few years ago)

I prefer the veilside bodykit over the scoot. And a LS1 over a rotary....LS1 Veilside anyone? lol
