In the US 94+ mr2's are rare, so lots of guys think it's cool to add the later model brake lights and spoilers.

This one has a built 3sgte swap.

I'm not realy bothered, it just makes identifiying the cars a bit harder. I still think the clear corner signal lights look like ass though, well apart from on white cars. I almost bought a white one but it got sold before I could put a deposit on it.

But god that is totally bonertown, whoever owns that actually managed to make wheels bigger than 15 inches fit the car. Also the 3SGTE swap makes it insane seeing as how little it weighs. Although there are a few people in the uk who have done it and they always call their cars MK1.5's.

Got any engine shots? I'd like to see how it fits in there.

Theres some more pictures on his website.

I think he has 17"s on there. Usually anything bigger then 16"s looks awkward on MK1's, but since he has custom rear flares I think he pulled off the look nicely. Theres a few MK1.5's in the US too, from what i've seen you practically need a shoe horn to get the engine in.

whats wrong with rota? i see nothing wrong with them. cheap, realativly light wheels.

sorry for the crappy photography in these pics, it was my first time shooting a motorsport.

yeah, he was rubbing a bit. He lowered his car even more from what he had previously, and it turns out that he needs to roll his fenders a bit more now.
If he ran a 45 series tire, he would have no problem with the rubbing.
15x8 +0 offset wheels ftw

I went to a local trackday today with my new camera, and here's a little preview of how my pictures turned out. I'm still getting used to the new camera and actually taking proper pictures. I'll be making a thread soon with a ton of rally pictures from yesterday and a couple from today. Keep an eye out.

Here is my friend in his 240SX:

What rims are those? They look nice, makes the miata beefier lookin.

Do you post AP or just browse around once in awhile?

Nah I don't post, I don't have a DSLR and I don't take enough decent photos with my normal digicam to bother signing up and posting them since they're pretty rubbish anyway.
I just lurk every now and then and look at the pretty pictures, though I am learning a lot about what makes a better photo too.

Are you a member there?

Yep, although I lurk more than I post. My username is Kyle, i've got the Mr.Sparkle avatar 💡

Oh man I love the hippy lips on those wheels. I just made that term up but I think it adequately describes the lips on that thing. Now to find a hippy that owns an R34 Skyline.

They're from the new "Time Attack" series, but they've already been sold out and discontinued.

You could always save the premium, and have regular TE's repainted that way, since that's pretty much the only difference.

I'm still trying to improve on my photography skills. Any criticism?
I would say to pick a more interesting backround, and then put the car towards one of the corners of the pic. Centering the car isn't good IMO.

EDIT: Also, like in the second pic towards to bottom, try to leave those kinds of things out, that dark strip in the pavement distracts from the rest of the pic.
