Erm, it's the same car...

That Levin is full of win, one of the only cars out there that can actually pull off the stretched look.

I love my AW11 :)

I started swapping in the new transmission last night. JDM C56 with a Kaaz LSD and a 9lb fidanza flywheel is going in at the same time. I might even adjust the coilovers properly if I have time.

The old tranny is out as is the old clutch and flywheel. I had to stop and go to work which was ok as the new clutch wasn't to be in until this morning sometime.

I'm considering getting a Del Sol. Please provide pics of awesome ones.

I cant find any images for it, but my favourite example of a nice looking Del Sol is the LM edition on GT2. I can remember back in the day when I bought Max Power and the like, one of those mags had a similar looking Del Sol as a cover car.

That R5 - brilliant.

I think I remember the one you're on about. Quite a few of the mags I've bought have featured Del Sols too, and some pretty nice ones (and some not so nice ones).

A quick couple of pics.

But. Are you sure you wouldn't rather have one of these? :D

Thanks, that black one is great 👍 And a 2nd gen CR-X would be fun but for two things - in the UK, the good ones cost too much and the bad ones are really bad. And there's nothing in between...

Paradox is paradoxing.

:sly:

I'd post a pic of Del Sol LM from GT1/2 if I just could find one. :dunce:

 yeah i had trouble too. I found a youtube clip of the Del Sol on GT1, but i think it looked better on GT2, wider arches etc

Oh, and that R5 looks seriously cool, chances are if i drove it more than half a mile i'd wrap it round a tree though

Yea man, definately. It ticks the boxes, nice wheels and tidy stance. I really like the way that the rear wheel arch works when it's slammed. Is it even lower than before now?

I think that is the case all around the world. I wish that 10 years ago I had convinced my parents to stock up on AE86s and EF8 CRXs when they were $2K each. And just sell them off now that the Takumi tax and early VTAK scene has gone mental. Make approx 500% profit.

Also, that blue/black R5 Turbo 2 is just sexual.

I don't know about NZ but here HK-HG monaro's was a even better investment, 10 years ago you could pick up good ones for 5k and now you can sell them for 50k+. I am sure glad I held onto my HG Monaro GTS, bought it for 3k 7 years ago and still have it :D

Id pay extra for a CRX before I got a Del Sol...

Same. I've always looked at the Del Sol as a girly car, something cute that your girlfriend can take the top off of when she wants to multi task and tan while driving. 👎
