I am relatively familiar with that car. He's an autocrosser.

That car's recently gained about double the awesome.
16v motor with a pretty big turbo, stripped and caged, with big fender flares and tons of rubber under each. It's got AWD, I believe all the diffs are Haldex.

It will break loose in second gear... on Hoosiers.

funny, I remember reading about this car, that it had torsen diffs.. aren't Haldex's operated/controlled electronically?

Yes, it had Torsens.

I do believe it's on a Haldex system now... There was talk of it, but that might well have been plans for this winter.

Yup. Raise it some more, and it looks great. Probably one of the few cars in this thread that I like. 👍

perfect? far from it. unless it has no suspension at all, it will scrape at bumps and under hard driving.. although, cars like that are usually low speed poser cars for cruising only. not much better than trailer queens.

Well, I have seen some cars in this thread (around 6% of them) and they don't look much different from this one.
