They do in the UK. We win.

We get the Camden here too with it's Silver White colour, but other then the only white that is offered is called Pepper White. It basically looks like a white car that was driving down a dirt road.

Does anyone make flare kits for them?

Oh I'm sure they do, I've never looked though....although I've never seen a Cooper with one before.

It looks like just a couple sections of plastic bits that need to be replaced with a wider one. They could look almost stock. And then you'll be able to fit ridiculous wheels on there like the VW and Honda guys have figured out how to do.

It is, they come off really easy as they are just held on with some clips. I'm actually going to look now to see if they make some sort of flare kit.

For some reason I really like this car:

Evos and Imprezas look so much better without the mahoosive spoilers on the back. Bare trunk lids and small lip spoilers are where it's at. The only exception to this rule is on actual rally cars.

I don't know, I like the way it looks without the spoiler, but I don't think I would say it's better. It is nice to see it done differently though.

I have always thought that the Imprezas look kinda mis-proportioned without the spoiler. But that might just be the wagon fan inside me speaking.

Wait, I thought you had a EK and an STi? Provided my memory is working right...

Sold both, was going to get an NSX, red/black 3.0, one of the original 91-92's just like I've always wanted. The original plan was to buy said NSX, and buy another sedan for family use, possibly a secondhand TSX or TL. Long story short, the guy was a crook, claiming it had 50k on it and had a clean title... none of which was true, it was a theft recovery that had been imported from the States and had at least 70k on it. Hadn't been registered since 2004, so it would have needed an inspection and that would have been hell. I walked out of the deal, a bit heartbroken to be honest.

A few weeks ago I found a really, really beat up S14 240SX that I bought for chump change. The body itself isn't all that bad, but the engine was shot. Lots of plans over the winter with this thing, as I want to try the Canadian Drift Championship's Pro-Am class next summer. It's not because I'm old and have a kid that I can't have any more fun! :D

Hence the 2 RWD Nissans part... A 350Z would make a pretty useless "family" car, since I've already got the "fun" project going on..

Too bad about the NSX deal.

I'm not a fan of 350s now that the 370 is out. Why don't you go be awesome and start 370 trends. I imagine they'll be just like 350 trends, so it'll be easy, but still I haven't seen it yet so go buy one and do it.

Of course, the Celica isn't half bad either :P I didn't see it when I posted though.

If we're talking hot Toyotas...

Fensport's 650bhp, 200mph Corolla:

Fensport's 576bhp, 10.27 1/4 and 196mph in one mile Celica:

And one of their old projects, a 386bhp, FWD AE111 Corolla...

If I ever owned a performance Toyota, Fensport is where I'd take it if I wanted anything doing to it.

(Apologies for the small pics, all I could find)

That has to be one of the most disappointing cars ive ever seen.It was the first car i wanted to see at Time Attack last year because i had heard the stories and seen pictures and then seeing it in real life it is impressive but my god is it slow,we were in the class below and were lapping faster than it even with a misfire ,even when it went to Tsukuba it was slower than several stock cars can manage ,set an amazingly fast time at goodwood though.

set an amazingly fast time at goodwood though.

If it was fast at Goodwood and slow everywhere else, chances are it probably just wasn't set up properly, or the driver wasn't up to it. The amount of work that's gone into it I'd be very surprised if it wasn't competitive in whatever they enter it into.

possibly but it seems strange that they would be doing it for so many years yet still not be up at the front end of the field they are usually always several seconds off the pace and went they went to tsukuba they did a 65 second lap with one of the pro japanese drivers, seems strange that they would then go all out for goodwood where they came 6th.
