Owned by a plumber maybe..?

I actually think the oil cooler is photoshopped. Hoses are too black, look at the black of the bumper or the grille. they should be way more bright. Also, the shadows of said hoses dont match the rest of the light in the picture.

Edit: Oh, and the CRX with the Muggen body kit is outstanding.

This just looks like the guy tried to build a track car with a $500 budget.

I don't think he can afford his hobby.

Top Gear have made track cars with that much budget. OK, well they were really just customized for a Spanish tarmac rally, but still, they tuned them.

So much goodness in the recent posts. Love the Volvo estate with the Porsche 997T wheels. 👍 Tyres a bit too low-profile though.

Yep, just noticed that. :dunce: I posted that at 4 in the morning :P Also, the passenger side front wheel seems kinda messed up because of shopping. The thing would look so bad ass if it was real, IMO.

Four rotor Wankel. :D:D:D This thing sounds INSANE!

Huh...that and the 4-rotor 7 on the last page aren't turbocharged. I guess they were satisfied with having an NA engine with that many rotors.

Yup a well ported 4rotor you can make 500 ponies outta it who would'nt be satisfied:sly:?

Me. :P

Actually, making big power with a rotary is almost pointless as it stands when you consider cost; you toss 15psi of boost at an otherwise stock Ford 4.6 DOHC and you'll be at 500hp for less than 5 grand if you want, reliably.

Actually I'm pretty sure you can buy a Terminator Cobra for the price of a 4-rotor. If you have the money though the sound is just sex.

Hey I'd put a turbo on the four rotor and tune it to 1,000hp and have fun at the track. When i build me a drag car I'm going four rotor and a massive turbo, one that can eat a bird:sly:

And for the price you do that I'll grab a 1st gen, do some mild port work, then build 2000hp out of a V8 :P

That way I have a nice street driver and something to smash anything and everything at the track.

Which gives me an idea: NHRA should modify the Top Fuel rules to let the guys experiment with rotaries. I wonder if they'd be able to design something equally powerful and strong and simple enough to rebuild in 40 minutes.

That's a really cool Subaru right thar. Too low for my tastes, though. Seeing a Imprezza that low is just.. unnatural for some reason. :indiff:

And yet you post a car that sits half a mile lower :sly:;)

Fantastic looking Imprezas. I don't know if I like the blue one more or the white one. The white one looks fantastically clean, and I love the wheelcovers or whatever you call them behind the rear wheels. (mud flaps?)

The blue one is nice, but they are always blue, and I really don't like the open grills through which you can see blue components.

EDIT: The white Impreza for me please!

I don't like super low Imprezzas. Thwy just don't look right to me. The white one is pretty low, but somehow looks far better than the blue one. It's the white Imprezza for me too.
