Haha, we both went searching for the same thing. Soy is REAL makes some cool tunes though, might have to check it out more.

I saw that video, it's pretty sweet and I can't wait to get a chick like that to ride in mine with me.

There's some cinematographers out there that out to be shooting movies, not car meet videos. There's some serious talent out there.

Trippy DOF here and there may look cool, but I thought it coud be implemented better. Like at the start when the focus went from the car wheel to "Simply Clean", it went the wrong way at first, and other niggles like that.

With that said though, the Hella Flush video posed about 2 months ago was a seriously wel shot/edited video.

And I, too, went searching for that song. :P

Change the wheels and this would be one of the prettiestestestesst S15's I've seen.

This was actually that guy's first try at a car meet video. As for the first DOF thing, I assume it did that normally? Cameras seem to autofocus on moving things, and then when everything stops moving it's like woah wtf. Like that shot happened on accident.

No what? The fact that she's not bitching about car talk makes her a keeper in my book. I dig it.

Clear corner lights, red tint, and hydros? Ten dollars says the owner is Mexican.

Alright, being that it's in Europe I'll give you that. I'm not holding my breath.

It looks stupid anyway, no matter where the guy is from. I hate the sunken battleship look just as much as the overdone stretch&offset.

I'm pretty sure it uses hydraulics. Let me get the pics.

And this is why I shouldn't listen to some guy claiming it's his. Time to call out a buster.

And this Miata is win, especially with the Corvette motor in it. It'll probably ruffle some feathers but I think people can/should get over it.

Doesn't ruffle my feathers. I think the V8 conversions are pretty cool. Not my own thing personally but I think it's pretty awesome that there are people around doing this. I have respect for the people putting the rotary in there too. There's even a guy on youtube who's made an EV out of his Miata. It seems like quite a versatile platform.

Eh you know the purist and how they get, especially here. I'd love a V8 Miata, the Flyin' Miata place Jim mentioned will sell you an LS3 powered Miata, turn-key ready for about $30,000 it seems. You are probably getting better performance than a Vette for a lot less.

The owner is Dutch and lives a couple streets next to me. I really digg his car actually. Those cars are pretty rare in the Netherlands.. BUT, his engine (I think) had a rough life, becaus it sounds pretty bad..

That is pretty sweet. Granted, I'd probably need to modify the motor...

I think you could pretty much compare a V8 Miata to a Shelby/AC Cobra.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from... honking great engine in tiny, lightweight car.

Much as I like Miatas though it's still not as good to look at as a proper Cobra...

Two turbochargers? Ya I'll take that.

Did someone say V8 Miatas?
