Speaking of Rexes...

And another one...

Sweet baby Jesus. That settles it, I'm lowering my car more and getting bigger spacers. I'll try the 5mm on the front and see how that looks, then double up for 10mm on the rear. I'll have to get some 10mms with studs though, and maybe some longer studs in front.Plus, that guy's rear wheels are wider than mine so it'll look better anyway. Wish I knew his specs...

Cesar, get to it!

Fact: The FC is one of the best looking sports cars of all time, in that ugly 80s sort of way. And by ugly, I mean ****ing amazing.

Speaking of which...

To be honest, that's one of the best looking TLs I've ever seen. And to me I've never really seen a TSX/TL that has been nicely modified. I wish it had less rear camber though

Grape Jelly definitely one of the hottest TL's around.
I don't think the rear fender flaring is stock either, and looks kind of out of place on a car like that.
It's not. Even his wheel/tire sponsor can't believe his car is where it is currently.

The 850 is the photographer's current car and this was what he had before that red on gold Celica from a while ago.

Like I said before, they poke out too much in the rear. I like it just barely poking out if not being JUST in line with the lip of the fender/quarter.

Mine wouldn't poke out that much because my tire isn't as stretched, but it would still poke out a bit. Depending on the angle, it already looks like it pokes slightly.

But I need MOAR.

Don't understand the 2J either...

Because he can?

Same question can be asked to Smokey Nagata for swapping out the 2JZ for RB26 engines in his Supras. The swap doesn't make any sense, but why does Smokey do it? Because he can.

RX7 with a 2JZ? Yes please.

Also, those Celicas on the previous page are perfect.

That red RX-7 looks sort of ricey especially the front plate
For real. I don't care about the plate, I just care about the complete lack of tastefulness with the paint and everything. I mean hell, he even painted the frame around the tail lights red. That looks terrible. He rounded out the package by leaving the center caps on his XXRs, just so everybody knows he spent twice as much as he could have swapping to something less ideal than a V8, leaving no budget for decent wheels.

I do like the turndowns tips though.

What better way to clear your turbo than to chop the most important part of your $500 strut brace off. It's not like anybody has ever designed a turbo kit for the Miata that fit under strut braces. Judging by the welds on that manifold, I'd say he probably should have had somebody else fab it anyway.
