I've heard the conversion with wheels/fenders/suspension costs about 60k, so there would be a markup there for sure over a standard C2.
Time for some sounds
60 grand for a body kit? Well, there is the RWB tax, then...I've heard the conversion with wheels/fenders/suspension costs about 60k, so there would be a markup there for sure over a standard C2.
Not sure how many total. I know there are at least 14 in the US.
Yeah! They are really cranking them out. Nakai still touches every one of them.14! I didn't thought there were that many in the freaking world
Nakai-san installs every kit himself, so I'm sure there is labor/travel costs as well.

Yup! Here's an out of focus picture I took of him from the debut of the first LA built RWB. He's a pretty interesting guy to watch while he works. He'll smoke a cig and sit next to the car just looking at it. Then he'll get up and move to another corner and just look at it. Makes me wonder what's flowing through his brain at that moment (probably wings and fenders).Really?! Even the ones outside of Japan?

@SVX Posted that evo a couple of pages back, it's a local car, some really nice quality parts on it 👍
I've officially seen it all.
EDIT:
What engine is in the BRZ?
Its by Synergy. I think they're in New Zealand. The sound that thing makes is beyond glorious. Just under 12k rpms from a 2.4 V8.
