Words can't express how much I want this right now.
Oh me too. I still have to wait two years to import one here. Even then, I couldn't register it in California...Words can't express how much I want this right now.
Wait. Is it really illegal to possess a car imported younger than 25 years old in the US? I thought it was just road-legality thing.Oh me too. I still have to wait two years to import one here.
I think you can own one for off-road use, but you couldn't register it for road use. Especially here is Commie-fornia. It's near impossible to register an imported car even if it's not affected by the 25 year rule. There are ways around it like the "show-and-display" rule, but there are only 500 allotted per year for what's deemed "historically significant" cars like a 959. Even then, you can only drive it 2500 miles a year (I believe) and most of these exemptions sell out within hours.Wait. "This is the land of free... unless you're talking about nice imported cars, which are not legal here, because they are easier to find than methamphetamine and we need to dispose something, so we'll keep looking like we're actually doing something here."I think you can own one for off-road use, but you couldn't register it for road use. I need to build a warehouse/shop in Arizona where they have freedom. 'Murrica.

I do have one tip, though. Build yourself a race track (I think it's legal to build a race track there, more legal than here, at least.) and all of the importing problems just go away.
