Same here, I used to own a 1993 Impreza L, one of the few front wheel drive models. Even though it had an automatic gearbox and was purple, I loved that car. unfortunately it got wreaked and I sold it to someone for parts. I wish I could have pulled the engine and transmission before I sold it, let it's soul live on in a dune buggy.

Kaz or someone in PD has some obsession with Subaru Imprezas. I have noticed all through the GT series that the Impreza has appeared in menus and icons such as the garage icon in GT2 and the weight reduction menu in GT5. I'm sure it is in other GTs but I can't find exactly where.

I personally don't like what PD have done to the RA with body parts. The RM is cool though.

I don't like it. I have a 2009 2.5i sedan which I like, and I like the earlier ones.. but 2012 model? Yuck. Maybe it'll grow on me?

Well, with the way the past 15 years have been with the Impreza, i bet that the normal Impreza's will look ugly as hell. Then the WRX will look MEH. and the STI will look completely badass. That's how its' always been. I test drove a standard Impreza and it was a POS anyway.
