The Impreza standard models are crap. The engines have absolutely no life. The WRX and WRX STi are amazing!

You just don't know what you are doing. My 5-speed has 175hp and has plenty of "life". What do you drive, a grocery cart?

I've edited the photo a bit, but it's a Subaru ;)

Haha bro, I race cars in real life. Pretty sure I know what I'm doing. My MazdaSpeed 3 is far more fun.

Haha awesome shot. I have a shot almost identical to that. Same car, same jump but the camera is rotated further left around the car and at a lower angle. It was the 2nd shot I ever took in GT5.

Well, with the way the past 15 years have been with the Impreza, i bet that the normal Impreza's will look ugly as hell. Then the WRX will look MEH. and the STI will look completely badass. That's how its' always been. I test drove a standard Impreza and it was a POS anyway.

You are dumb for thinking that the impreza is a pos just because its a compact economy car. Guess what thats what is was originally intended for and thats what it will always be.if you want to make it handle better it doesnet take many mods. Think outside the box bro and use your brain

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that a higher HP, lower / stiffer suspension, more aggressive brakes / body styling, and a car designed to be a road rally car was supposed to be an "economy car." I'm not ****ing stupid. And I am referring to the STi. The standard Impreza is an economy car, and rightfully so, it doesnt have high performance upgrades to it.

Do you still consider a MazdaSpeed 3, Civic Si, and Golf GTi an economic car?

Edit: I still love impreza's. I'd rather buy a wrx and tune it up. But the STi is an amazing car. I'd rather have an Evo X though. Looks way more aggressive IMO.

Economy cars don't have all wheel drive and standard 175hp/170ft-lbs torque 2.5 liter horizontally opposed engines (my California model). Economy cars have 1.4 to 2.0 liter in-line engines with at most 140hp and front wheel drive. There's a lot of standard features on base model Imprezas that aren't on "economy cars" like defeatable traction control and stability control, hill start assist, brake assist, 4-channel independent brakes, multi-link rear independent suspension, etc. I'm talking about up to 2011 models. 2012 might be more of an economy car but we'll have to see. Impreza is at least one step up from a strict economy car at least. Do some research.

Might want to tell the other guy it's an economy car. He used that term first. I just used the word in my counter.

Pretty sure there is an economy car with over 2.0 liter. Mazda sells a Mazda 3 2.5, which last time I checked is an economy car. It said it on the price tag. Dumb asses.

I have always loved the Impreza. I am hoping to buy one as soon as I can convince myself that my Forester needs a stablemate. Here are some pics I have taken in the game. Some are better than others, and a few have been edited in photoshop. I am by no means 'a professional photographer' so feel free to offer any pointers.
Enjoy.

One of my favorite pics I have ever taken, and I think pretty realistic looking, as well.

The 22B on the Nordschleife: pure bliss.

Trying to catch a shot of the backfire.

Wangan Midnight, anyone?

Stylized composite version of the previous pic.

And last but not least, some leftovers from GT4. You can see I have a history with the blue 22B.

Sorry if some of those are big, but hey, I figured it was a Picture thread. Also, Why don't I have any Premium Imprezas yet?
