Holy crap, the 155! Best Alfa ever, in my opinion!

It hopefully comes with the DTM body kit, so we can have a proper 90s DTM battle between the M3, the 190E and the 155!

Cortina is awesome as well as the volvo. Im not too happy about paying for that mini again. That should have been in the mini dealership from the start of the new title. Glad to see the yellowbird too.

Erection !

LMAO!!!
I can't believe I'm about to say this but I'm really loving just about ALL these cars. I see nothing but racing series after series with these rides. Holy smokes. Funny thing is, it really isn't until reading various posts from you guys that I even know alot of these cars were racers so I'm more than hyped. I think I want to wrap up my WRTCC series really quick to get some of these beauties in the mix. :)

I made a thread on Forza.net and it got locked for some odd reason.

That website is such a joke.

If anyone wants to run a course on how NOT to run a official community website, that should be their example.

Also, why do people get so hot for the 787B?

It wasn't fast in it's class and only won the 1991 Le Mans 24 hours because it was more reliable

To be clear, I don't mind let alone hate the addition, just wondering why people fall head over heels because of it.

I was blinded by the 787B, but holy crap, the 155 and Yellowbird too?!

All we need now is some Ascari and the Zenvo (amongst several thousand other cars).

@SR: You provided a partial answer to your own question. Another two reasons is:

1. It's the first, and as far as the conceivable future is concerned, the only Rotary-powered race car to win at Le Mans.
2. It's the only Japanese-make race car to win Le Mans.

Another thing that adds to it's appeal and excellence is the fact it was outlawed in '92 for the very reason you list.

This might be the best DLC yet! All god besides the Mini and the DS4 but that's just my opinion. They keep getting better every month. Thanks OP for the info, I'm rather exited now. I'm going to start saving up!

OMG. The 787B!

I, ugh, I ugh...I need a change of pants. Excuse me.

My response exactly. I am going to FREAK if the 787B is in there. Holy crap.

Reliability is just as important at Le-Mans as speed is. Look at the most recent example of how true this is, with the results of the prototype 1 category in 2010. Audi got a 1-2-3 finish over Peugeot because Peugeot's race cars all broke down within the last few hours of the race. Peugeot's cars were significantly faster and always have been.

^ An elaboration of both mine and SR's original point.

It has to be said though that the 787 was, for the sake of this discussion, exceptionally more reliable than any other car on the grid precisely because of it's powertrain and it's engine mapping. It was a trump card the second the race began.

DISCLAIMER: NOT ALL OF THESE CARS WILL BE IN THE SAME PACK.

They'll be spread amongst different packs. Just remember that now, to avoid disappointment.

That's an interesting selection of cars. Definitely some goodies there. No real themes so far in the DLC's like there were in FM3. That's not a bad thing though. :D

I wish FM4 had a MGB GT and a Triumph TR6 (or TR8), my father has restored many classic british cars and I grew up around them. He is working on his last one, which is his 3rd TR6. Almost ready to put the body back on the chassis and send it to get paint.

I love them, they are no where near reliable but when they run they are tons of fun lol

1991 Mazda 787B
1987 RUF CTR

Very very happy!! :D Well they kinda should've been in the game in the first place but I hope these are true. A Porsche-clone I actually want to drive and the voice of God in the form of an internal combustion engine...

👍 Tier
1964 Lotus Cortina
1958 MG A Twin-Cam

We could always use more classic British cars; nothing breaks down of its own accord in the Forza universe. ;)

1995 Alfa Romeo 155 Q4
To be honest I'll probably never get around to driving it. But good on Turn 10 if they add this instead of yet another 201x car...

Meh Tier
2012 Chrysler 300C SRT8
2012 Citroën DS4
2012 MINI Coupe JCW

...but there just had to be a few. Not interested.

1997 Volvo 850R
Oh boy. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely all for having wagons in the game, but I'm not looking forward to hearing about this one on another forum I go to.

Aaaah Yeah.

As for the 787b, couldn't we get a proper LMP with a decent engine, I don't understand the fasination with the 787b, it sounds like a bag of nails. Plenty of other cars I'd rather have in the game; Sauber C9, Mercedes C11, Nissan R92, Jaguar XJR9 (Now there's a heavenly sounding car)...

1995 Alfa Romeo 155 Q4 - Fantastic! One of the coolest Alfa's ever built and a touring car legend. :D

2012 Chrysler 300C SRT8 - Not to my taste, but there are people who do like it, so good choice Turn 10.

2012 Citroën DS4 - I quite like it, it's unique.

1964 Lotus Cortina - Brilliant! I love hot Lotus saloons.

1991 Mazda 787B - Nice, the engine will be glorious to listen to.

1958 MG A Twin-Cam - MG!!!!! They're finally in Forza!!!! I'm very excited for this car. I hope more MG's are added in DLC or FM5.

2012 MINI Coupe JCW - Not really liking this one.

1987 RUF CTR - Beautiful. This will be fun to wrestle around the Norschleife. 👍

1997 Volvo 850R - Fantastic! Fast estates are very cool and now we'll be able to replicate 90's BTCC races. :)

This is a very good list of cars. Well done Turn 10. 👍

There isn't really a DTM 'body-kit', that was a whole different car from the ground up. Besides it wouldnt have the right engine anyway. Now if only we could make the 155 GTA, i.e. Tarquini's '94 BTCC winning Supertourer.
