Takeshi's castle ending theme

-With improvised solos

Satriani
The crush of love
Motorcycle driver

John Petrucci
Wishful thinking

Steve vai
Building the church
Midway creatures

Watch this dave

What have you mastered and can perform? 👍

That's an impressive list AlexGTV if you can perform all the solos! 👍

I usually don't play solos exactly accurate, so I download backing tracks and perform my own solos on them.

Said backing tracks I play on are:

Pink Floyd:
-Comfortably Numb
-Money
-Any colour you like
-Sorrow
-Hey You
-Marooned

Other songs that aren't exact Pink Floyd songs, but which are played in the same keys in the same sequences, albeit with different pace:
- Shine on you crazy diamond blues

If I'm playing riff guitar, I often play a lot of Foo Fighters and Feeder. Both bands have fantastic fun music to play along with.

On my bass I play nearly everything by Pink Floyd. Furthermore I also play along with Feeder, Foo Fighters, Muse, Placebo, Soundgarden.

For rhythm I also play alot of Foo Fighters, with my favorite being All my life!

That's an impressive list AlexGTV if you can perform all the solos! 👍

It took a while but worth the effort. Especially Summer Song is a workout!

Can imagine that. I love Summer Song to death, but I doubt I could ever be able to play so fast. People say it's all about practice, but speed might not be my thing with guitar playing.

Damn....I thought you guys were talking about just listening! In which case I can do:

....

Wow that's really annoying it appears I can play 95% of a lot of songs.

What I CAN do:

The Strokes:
Undercover of Darkness
Take It Or Leave It
Whatever Happened
You Only Live Once
New York City Cops

RHCP:
Dani California (except ridiculously fast hammer bend part at the end)
Strip My Mind
Especially In Michigan
Desecration Smile
Under The Bridge (including verse guitar riff)
I Could Have Lied

Muse:
Supermassive Black Hole
Starlight
Uprising
Knights Of Cydonia (a tad rough)

The Killers:
Read My Mind
Somebody Told Me
When You Were Young
Mr. Brightside

John Frusciante:
The Will To Death

I'm more into writing my own songs, hence the lack of covers.

@AlexGTV. Please please please!! I want to hear you play "The Loner" because Gary Moore is one of my favourite guitarists.

Once apon a time in the land of shred I used to be able to play

Far Beyond the Sun - Yngwie Malmsteen
For the Love of God, Tender Surrender - Steve Vai
Satch Boogie, Always With Me Always without you, Midnight, Summer Song, Day At the Beach, Time Machine - Joe Satriani
Waves, Erotic Cakes, Wonderfull Slippery thing - Guthrie Govan
Sweet Child of Mine - Guns N Roses
Aint Talkin Bout love, Panama, Unchained, Eruption - Van Halen
Parisienne Walkways, Still Got the Blues - Gary Moore

Plus a few more. However, it has really been years since I've even thought about half of those songs, and years since I lost interest in instrumental shredding nonsense type playing. Though I can still play all or atleast parts of a few of those songs, for the most part I can't play them all the way through again. Some of them would take a serious ammount of work, to get my fingers/wrists back into shape to play them again without being a sloppy mess (Far beyond the sun, for example), a few of them I can probably still play really well.

Notable ones, I played Parisienne Walkways at my dads funeral, around 9 years ago, he was a massive Gary Moore fan. Midnight and Day at the Beach by Satriani I performed for my AS and again for my A Levels in music at school, got the maximum score/grade for that. But to put that into perspective, I'm 26 now, so it has been many years!
