I see you're trying to team up on us... 👎

That one Laguna race was pretty fun btw, I made the stupidest mistake ever by spinning at the corkscrew and getting hit by Furi, who literally had nowhere to go

These cars seem to be really wide when at the top of the corkscrew, and when drifting through every other turn.

nice is a very nice thread...i like how you are one of few that can organize car numbers so no one copies the same number. i also like your regulations....i am very interested in this event if there is a open spot i would gladly join this league

Car # and your in.

Also a note, from next week power restrictor will be used to dial cars back to 433hp, then it is all even.

my car number is 67 and its color is victory red...and i have a question about the rims? is it restricted just so everyone is even?

PDI P525N (Goodyear rims) are suggested - looks like a proper race car.

And Laguna will be fun, these Camaro's are fun to drive there.

i was actually going to put them on because i like them alot...sorry for the inconvenience i thought you ment the factory stock ones...

I tought they were factory stock ones.

Anyways, the patch has fixed the race exhaust on an RM bug, which means the exhaust will have to be legalised, or we dupe our cars to new members.

Will investigate tomorrow, thanks for heads-up.

DK, you do realize there's a skill towards it right? Did you see RFLX pushing the back of my car on the straights? You don't need to overtake ever chance you get either, it's all about teamwork until the last corner.

This 👍 👍 👍

Just watched it back, seriously, you two were gaining almost two seconds a lap near the end .... after I sat back behind Furi and Sumo to pick my time.

MMMMMMWUUUUUHAHAHAHAHAHA

Myself and Crazy were the only ones to break into the 47s though - that was when we were pushing hard between 20 and 30

Just a suggestion to set the bhp to 433? This is the closest option in the online regulation settings and will avoid people going over (by mistake). The next option is 443 so the first would be closest.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Testing btw

That was what I had in mind...

OMG

On Sunday I am going to Brands Hatch to watch the DTM. I go there at least three times a year to watch BTCC / DTM / GT etc.

I was just looking at the time table and found out that one of the races is the Racecar Euro Series.

It turns out that these are classed as NASCAR style cars, but all seem to be V8 Chevvies running at 450 bhp.

Does this sound familiar? Does this mean I will get to see our cars in this Series, running around Brands Hatch, only hours before I get in my #18 to take it around Laguna Seca?

I think it does. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Cannot wait for Sunday now, what a racing day this is going to be :dopey:

PS, I was testing last night at 433 bhp as this is the setting in the online lobby.

LSD is really missing from these cars, especially around Seca. With the camber around the course in certain corners you have to be sooooooo careful in these cars (first time on Seca online and it seems so much harder that offline - or is that just me?). There WILL be spins, and plenty of them. There are at least four corners that require the exact right line and major right foot control it's ridiculous.

Best I ran was a 1:30.xxx but good constant laps (that didn't require a spin) below 1:35.xxx.

How are your times?

Or right hand control, which is definitely easier :P

I haven't tested yet, will try to do today and/or tomorrow to get some feel. I don't want to fall victim to the corkscrew again

Enjoy that - sounds epic!!!

I unfortunately have to sit a race out, very dissappointing.

BTW - Where's the standings?
