Introducing ForzaPlanet.net

Nope, and that's kind of the point, really. I don't want GTPlanet's community to flock to ForzaPlanet, and I don't want ForzaPlanet's user base to flock back to GTPlanet when the Forza 4 hype dies down. Though ForzaPlanet will need a few nudges at first, I don't intend for either site to be too dependent on another.

Can't seem to get logged in for some reason. When I go to create a new account, the username is in use. And when I try to get the PW emailed, it says it's not recognized, odd.

Damn, I just paid for my GTPlanet subscription. Without a Forza forum I have no reason to visit.

I do like a Forza "planet" though...at times the GT crowd tried to make others feel like they were intruding on their territory.

The site's starting out with some of GTPlanet's staff members, but as the community over there grows I expect to select some new moderators from the site's most active users.

As a request to you Jordan, I hope to that you plan to roll with consistency for both sites once up and running. A similar front news page layout, etc. I love the way GTPlanet is, and hope ForzaPlanet can be the similar.

Thanks for those kind words, I do plan to keep the sites very similar in look and feel - at the very least, it makes it easier for me to maintain!
