I thought a triple monitor setup would be pretty cool (for me someday) until I realized two things:
1. I simply don't have room for them.
2. Occulus Rift.
I know that the developer version of the Rift has/had resolution limitations and that there are a few kinks to be worked out with iRacing, but it seems to me that the Rift is ultimately going to make triple monitor setups obsolete. So if I were going to invest in a brand new system, I'd probably wait a little and invest in the future rather than the past. But that's just me...
