Who is your daddy and what does he do? ;)

Do you use a wheel or controller? Been doing this long?

Also, sorry I missed bigbeefytaco in the tags there. So much so fast and I knew something would slip through. Glad to have you :)

We now have 16 drivers. There are some that haven't posted in a little while or been to the first races of this season. From here on out I am going to make an official post on Monday and again on Tuesday for everyone to confirm their attendance for Wednesday. Please keep an eye on the thread to give a quick response. This only helps everyone.

I have stretched myself pretty thin so I will probably only make a race or two here or there. That said I am interested in the series and will state my intentions each week to stay active and help you to plan week to week. Since my status is basically part time, if the room ever fills up I will cede my place to a more full time participant if necessary.

Hi all,

my name is Guido and I am 49 years old.
GT Sport is my first PS Game and I am driving for about one year now and for 2 months I have a wheel.

Here is my livery. I hope it is ok and #69 is available.

I need some practice with this car but can‘t wait for the first race.

Beautiful! Just so you know, the OZ Racing decal doesn't have to be in that same spot as shown in the first post but if you like it there then more power to you!

@PApunk924, @Ak23, @hirnsauger69@bigbeefytaco

Would you guys mind doing a quick little bio? Something to get you acquainted with our current drivers. We're all friendly and supportive here.

@hirnsauger69 I just want to make sure you're aware of when we start considering you're in Germany. You and @WhiteFlight1 will be our late nighters

39 year old gamer who loves to play only sports games on PS4. GT sport and Fifa mostly.

I'm London based and work in the creative industry. I direct commercials, films and documentaries and all that .

Indian by nationality but based in the UK for 13 years now.

Will post by livery next week as my creative department is handling that situation.

Been playing GT sport from its release date. Love the game!

That sounds like an interesting career.

I think the one thing that everyone agrees on regardless of speed is that you will be more consistent due to having more control over your car with a wheel. There is no more flicking a stick back and forth to keep your car straight or move from one side of the track to the other. The thing that makes the DS4 fast is that PD built magic into the DS4 to keep the controllers as equal as possible to wheel users. Your car will become a little harder to drive and more difficult to correct over steer when switching to a wheel but I think the advantages make up for it not to mention playing a racing game with a wheel is just proper. It will more than likely take some time to get comfortable with a wheel too, it took about 4 weeks until I was consistently faster with my wheel but my lines and car control improved immediately.

I started on GT5 with a wheel and never looked back. It was my entry into racing games and felt strongly that I shouldn't do it with anything less than a wheel and two pedals. That was the Logitech DFGT and when it broke iIupgraded to the G29 with shifter
