Found this on the Tuning forum and I could not believe this is how PD runs their show...soo many issues PD!...btw nice tunes Harmonic.

I did not knew this changes impacted the PP, and like he said, it doesn't make sense. I haven't played the sport mode yet, but it is certainly something that should be looked into it.

Not thrilled to say that GT7 is all over the place atm -- I'm a huge fan -- but these blunders really raise the question of PD's competency.

To be clear, I think this is not the only exploit...track limits/BoP/tuning parts are also signaling red flags...much work to do before fair racing is possible.
