IsoRivolta Zagato Vision Gran Turismo: Unveiled

Oh, I was sure that in a week or two we would've had more real life cars to drive since the game only has like 100 or something.
Guess this is the last VGT since there are alredy too many in the game

There's still more to come.

Would be nice if this was an ingame screenshot ;)

Paul Ricard :)

Zagato vgt unveiled. Pininfarina vgt already shown. But then, unfortunately Alfa Romeo dropped out of the project and Bertone's vgt died with the company. But we still have the Italdesign and Lamborghini vgt's to look forward to to complete the italian lineup. Think those two will look amazing based on their history? ;)

Wonder when the Zagato will actually arrive in game. The pininfarina one is already in the game it's the Fittipaldi. Lamborghini VGT will be nuts I think. I wonder what Audi are going to come up with.

For those who is not familiar with Zagato, their modern design exercise most of the time is a matter of hit and miss. You will get an impression that either you will like it or not. Take these as an example :

Ferrari 575 GTZ :

Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato

Zagato Autech Stelvio (yes it is a Nissan) :

Bentley Continental GTZ :

However, imo not every car is a mixed bag of impressions btw. Their best design in a recent days had to be these :

Also, don't forget this glorified Viper :

Iso Rivolta imo is in "mixed bag" category this time. I feel in some angle it looks good, but some were not exactly that pretty. Again, it is a matter of taste tbh.

Sacrilege! You cannot have a list of Zagato's without mentioning theirs and possibly Aston Martin's greatest automobile.

Yes, bit old compared to the cars you showed, but an all time great none the less. And an important part of Zagato's history.

I know you gonna said that  However, I already mentioned "their modern design" so I gave an example of Zagato modern era design exercise.

While the classics, guess most of us didn't have any problem with that. They are gorgeous, not just an Aston, but Ferrari's, Alfa's and other brand as well. Those were created in golden era of automotive design, where most cars looks pretty and iconic btw.

Oh, found this quote on Top Gear website :

“Our next wish is that this car, which was born in Gran Turismo, will take to the road in real life,” Harada says. Yep, Zagato wants a very limited production run of these IsoRivolta GTs – think between three and five cars. Thus, they have opened a ‘short list’ for potential clients.

You forgot my favorite Zagato. It was to be my "apocalypse"/Mad Max car, back in the day.

An Aston V8 Zagato? No, I'm not forget this car. One of unique Aston that stands out from the other Aston for it's time. And yes I agree it is very 80's and somehow does fit in Mad Max though

Also, I've just got Iso Rivolta official Twitter account :

I'm curious what Tesla will come with. A really fast electric car probably.

Are we sure they’re still in VGT?
They're listed on the site. I don't think there's ever been any word on Tesla pulling out like Alfa Romeo did.

Also, Road & Track's article lists specs for the Zagato that contradict what it says in this article.
