Hmm, I just saw this and tried it, I set up 3 grudges then checked, unlocked grade 1 and 2 cars, then did it again but set up like 8 grudges. didn't unlock.. any help here?

I was playing on a new account and got an 80's car and got the Trophy for having five decades of cars, I checked the garage and the only 60's car was the XJ13 so I assume that although it does not have a year on it the game was OK to accept it for the Trophy. Perversely, of course, the game does not recognize it when you do the Historic Cup.

Doesnt work for me. I can see the XJ13 file but no car in the game.
What can I've done wrong?

Damn, got the codes during the PSN outage and forgot about them, just remembered but the Store is down again, at least it is in the UK

Still, I guess I shouldn't complain

For anyone still struggling to get these to work, I found it a little hit and miss whether the grudges would get sent or not but tip...if you do it again (not sure if you have to play the game over again but I did, was kinda fun) you can nominate the same friends you did before, even if they accepted. In the end I think I used, overall, one friend and two of the recent winners the walkthrough suggests.

Yeah, thanks for the info. It's the browser's fault the google analytics script wouldn't run? Pfft. Once that was disabled, it worked just fine, thanks.

Took four attempts to register enough challenges, as only the random 'last person' would register as a challenge. No bother, just run through it four times and you're done.
