Well, you should still remember some aspect of the car's handling, so you can use that for the base, then just look at the replays for more of an idea. Assuming you tested it correctly.

Cool, I'm hoping some more 550PP testers post results early. So that I can compare lap times with other testers and double check any cars where my times are unusually slow(er than usual )

Oh, I want to drag that '65 GTO!!! I'll lose, but yea. Still want to drag it.

Currently running low 9s at around 161mph in the 1/4 and mid 14s at 198mph in the 1/2 mile. Rather pathetic actually since the competition so far is using Civics and Cobalts. I jump them with great hole shots and leave them sitting at the start. If I ever bother to tune the suspension and transmission and figure out how to get better burnouts I think it can sneak into the high 8s.

Can tell I was tired though yesterday when I built it since it has a nice body kit that decrhromed it and a paintjob nearly identical to my "Storm Goat" tune on here, problem is the massive lime green "Rogue Speed" vinal I plastered over the entire hood!

Thanks guys. The hand is getting better. I may even try some drag tuning late tonight:tup:.

As far as this shootout goes, I have learned alot from the testers (no one likes fat cars ), I thank you all for trying out my tubbies and giving me some much needed feedback. Thank you

Ohhhh! You're talking about NFSoS! I thought you were talking about GT5! I've got mine running something like a low 10s…can't really tell when relying on Indy though.

I'd imagine at some point there would be a bigger brother to the 86 that'll be based off the Impreza platform so Toyota can turn it into a GT-R beater.

You'll be doing 8's really soon. 7's are good enough to win the drag game so the GTO will serve you well there. 👍

Mine is purple with black/white flames and a Later-Fire logo on the rear quarter. Looks like a hot rod.

We definitely need to get a lobby going. I'll even build a few stage 1 and stage 2 cars (I love the blueprints system) so I don't destroy you both straight off.

I've been testing in these for quite a while, I think you'll find. Never really gave a crap about "good and proper", just some laps and some ranting.

I went EZ mode for drag and did a Chevelle. Metallic red with black stripes and some whitish graphics. 👍 Don't remember what other cars I had in my garage. I think I had a Z for grip races and an E36 for drift. I'mma have to go dig out my disc now...

Won't be doing anything online unless Verizon and HTC get this software update to fix my Hotspot or Verizon gives me another brand phone that the Hotspot works on.

Only real reason I got the game was for the livery editor and different tuning options. So far the livery editor is cool.
Doing a sweet Chevelle drag car now, might try buying a couple more and make them grip and drift cars. Just wish the blueprint system let you set the car up for different disciplines.

Anyways we should probably take this discussion to the Café or someplace and let the shootout go on undisturbed by talk of NFSS.
