haha, I thought about looking up the post, but when you said that stuff about "great GT4 driver" I just knew it had to be veilsidebr. 
He even asked me to be on his team, last season, but I didn't respond immediately so he teamed with someone else. I would've taken a 20pt handicap to be on his team!!
And, yes, the results are a bit lagged. The race ended 24hrs ago.

Damn, you guys are shaking my confidence here 
I thought I had a good run with a solid strategy, now I'm not so certain. Everyone seems to have opted for more pits with presumably softer tires. My 3-stop strategy may not serve me.
Any idea when the results will be up? Has anyone heard from viper?

well i feel like an idiot right now
completely forgot that motegi was round 1 of last season...
now i checked the times...
lets not get so scared, it was round one, and nobody had weight penalties in that round. so the 53 minutes done by Sammuel can´t be done this time around i think.
also the qualify times are faster because of the same reason. now, lots of cars are fat
anyway, viper must been busy with work and stuff...
but after all that i´m not so confident in my race anymore... sure times will be a lot slower than last season, but i don´t know if i can get the points i need this round...

i know that viper has a very busy life working almost the entire day... but soon we will hear from him...
but from what i know so far, zeratul won the race...💡 at least that´s what it looks like judging by his enigmatic PM...

Geez dude, thanks for the vote of confidence but I have no idea what everyone else's times were, so I think it's a bit early to break out the victory champagne

Anybody think it would be a transgression to just post all our Motegi times informally, just to see who did what? Seems it must be that EV4L is indisposed and nothing would be official anyway, so there doesn't seem much harm in doing so.
The extra weight killed me, so I'm just interested in finding out if I might get some of it taken off.
Unless this thing is just over with anyway.

Since the race deadline is over, I don't see any problem about posting the race times, to allow us to know which weight each one should use for the next qualify.
My race time was 54.38.127; best lap 1.42.601.
The rules state we cannot discuss times, but I assume that means before deadline, not after and in a situation like this one.

They way I am looking at it, it shouldn't matter what times we post now, since we all have sent in our times to EV4L. When he gets back, he will post the official results, which should match up to our results. Since we are past the dead line, and would have already seen the results anyhow, there should be no harm done.

Sorry guys for the delay, I haven't been home since the last weekend. I will go back there only tomorrow night after work and all the results will be put up. Don't worry, I will add another week for the Round 8 qualification, so all in all you get a bonus weekend for your R8 qualif over a normal race week.

Sounded like you were about to end everything in your life since the JGTC series was off for couple of days.
Great to see you guys are taking this seriously and showing commitment. 👍 Like I said in the past, thanks to all who have sticked around since the birth of this series, I have plans to run the JGTC comp for many many more years and would gladly walk side by side with you guys.
