Yep 2 stop was the way to go , I really wanted to one stop with such a long pit stop here but the 2 stop was faster.

I messed up as got distracted by the fuel and put on a set of meds .
Ahh well 1 mistake in 4 races ain't bad

Also car choice is now locked in as round 4 is completed. So get used to your car for the next 4 rounds

I put in 12 liters in my 1 stop. On softs for the last 25 lap stint, it was downright scary.
Because of my driving style the front tires are good but the rears were marginal, the rear would disconnect easily if I wasn't smooth.

Stop posting on thread the incidents. send it to zack first.
you may find it down partly to lag and it may be different on zack and cams screen.
Don't forget the context his laps before and after may have been quicker so you could be holding them up.
So please don't post incidents as it looks worse for you

Sounds like this was an endurance race.

At about 1min30s for 50 laps, you bet mate. It was tough maintaining consistency because it was long and I couldnt sleep a wink the previous night.

But had fun overall and Im starting to get this car.

It's hard to follow someone through the turns being so close at times here at Indy. Not much run off at all, so if you go wide it's the grass or dirt. That'll ruin your tires and pace. So a lot of attention had to be paid here when in battles.

Had a really bad start and lost about 4 places but managed a good recovery, was a good race but Monza has been the best race so far imo .

Penalty System v2.0:

• Crossing the pit exit line will result in a 10s penalty, regardless of if you are around another car or not.
• A collision that results in another driver losing control of their car will result in a 5s penalty multiplied by positions lost.
• A collision that has clear intent to force another driver to lose control will result in a 10s penalty multiplied by positions lost.
• When a driver overtakes unfairly and fails to yield within a reasonable time, a 20s penalty will be applied on top of any other penalties.
• A 40s time penalty for not using both tire compounds.
• The disadvantaged driver has 1 opportunity to reclaim his position. If the driver spins or crashes while another driver is trying to yield, no penalty will be applied except for the contact.
• Slight contact and taps will be allowed, but excessive force will result in a penalty.
• If a driver disconnects after causing a collision worthy of a penalty, the penalty will be applied to their next completed race.
• Using a car that failures to meet the regulations (e.g. Using an illegal engine upgrade) will result in you being disqualified from the event.
• Offenders that receive 5 or more penalties will get a further 10s penalty on their next penalty given.
• Discussion of collisions between the drivers is forbidden in the thread. All discussion must take place using the private messaging service.
• When an incident is reported to the stewards a PM will be sent out by ZachAK47 to the drivers involved. They will then get a chance to explain their perspective and this will be noted by the stewards in subsequent action.
• Any appeals against penalties must be declared by PMing ZachAK47. Not in the thread.
• The penalty system may be altered after an incident to result in more appropriate action applied if it occurs again.

I was ahead, and moved over to the right. He bounced off the curbing. My issue isn't that he hit me, but that he could have waited. I'll leave it up to the stewards to decide. I'm not going to talk about it.

Your a steward you should lead by example if a stewards not going to follow the rules why should anyone else follow them
