hey guys this update is beyond epic. i wonder if they will be able to finally address the rendering issues with shadows and debris etc. hope so because apart from the lack of cockpits on standards, which is now being addressed, this is my only gripe. kaz, you're a legend mate, regards the bloke from down under.

Taking photos of your car together with one's own avatar is nice.
But I would also like to see multiple car photos. Car selection in the photo travel screen. Taking photos of friends' car(s) [together with one's own], etc.

or have my entire b-spec team around a car for a group photo. I have:

V. Rossi
H. Potter
S. Schmitz
J. Biber ( i thought it was funny, so i just kept it..the M. Schumacher was just not coming up)
 
Really nice update. I hoped for some improvements in course maker, but I'm still happy.

Time to find and chatge my virtual credit card :D

I will be using more standards as well! I hope it is not that blocky around the edges of the graphic.




Actually, Kaz was surprised that some asked for this generic cockpit when we found out that the standards didn't have one.

He did say he tried to include them but ran out of time after hearing people outraged about no cockpits for standard cars.
 
I never bought anything in PSN but I think I wouldn't be able to miss these DLC specially the track pack. This spec 2 is turning out to be better than I expected too! I just wish "soon" does not mean 5 years...
 
couldn't he have been more generous with new cars that are for free. 12 free prem. cars majority of us do not use.. 1) a new skyline (how we don't need anymore skylines) 2) 11 nascars, how often do you see people use nascars?! and how different is one model to the next?! sigh...can't wait to see what's in track pack though and hopefully some nice new premiums in car pack
 
Still MAJOR issues that should be addressed

Horrible pixels with smoke
Unable to change wheels on standards
Course maker is junk

Fix these and I will be happy 👍
 
Oh yeah, I just realised that...the free Car (outside the NASCAR) in the Spec 2.0 update is a skyline :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oh man. Starting to feel like release day all over again. Here is excited.

Very pleased to hear G27 support. Many friends use them and they will be stoked.

Replay controls. Reviewing racing incidents just became easy!!! You have no idea how many times stewards watch the same replay. Thank You!

Sec II sounds tremendous. About the only thing NOT mentioned is upgrades to standard cars, which was one thing everyone sort of assumed WOULD be in Spec II.
 
Pretty good list of improvements I say. With the in game race save, I have another 60 hours of game play ahead of me.

Most games don't even give you 10 hours.

Whatever DLC is coming, I am ready!!
