Probably what it'll be. If it has more of those stupid TCs I'm not buying the car pack. The older tracks would be great, though.AbraxasI try to keep my hopes down. If you have been here long enough, you know that people get their expectations too high, and if it doesn't happen you will get 500 threads complaining. So I sometimes bring in some negativity to prevent that from happening and get 500 threads praising PD instead.Man some people live by the "sky is falling" mind set, don't they?

There must be added some feature like the rivals mode in Forza 4 if we never get these leaderboards. I bought Spa and raced a few laps on it. There is nothing to do. No events, no leaderboards and online sucks badly, last few times I tried. So what should bring it to give 20 DLC tracks if you cant do anything other than doing hours of hotlaps and cant even compare your times with others.

Agree with everything here, lets hope it's our Christmas present although I am not going to hold my breath.
Tracks from older GT games will be great for racing online, but as you say leaderboards are a must and were meant to come a long time ago as was matchmaking. Without these features there isn't much to do really, a mode similar to Rivals mode on FM4 would be great, not that I actually play FM4 anymore, that game lasted 2 weeks before problems with the game and leaderboards began to surface.

It was in the official preview Spiel, too. "All cars and tracks from previous Gran Turismo will be returning" or something to that effect; turns out that just meant GT4, and not really "all" (so far).

This is what I'm pulling for. And yes, I'd pay a fistful of dollars for it.
If you haven't done any Arcade racing in Pro level and bots on 10, you're missing out. Half my racing by far has been taking all my rides around Spa in Arcade Mode, and it's a complete blast. I don't even care about leaderboards while I'm fighting those bots or watching the superb replays. But hey, it's just a suggestion, you guys do what you want.
And by the way, pessimism blows MUCH worse than hype. You naysayers are saaad. If I read nothing but posts from some of you, it would seem that GT5 is even worse than the Atari 2600 E.T. game.
