Common sense dictates that what you and R1600 have said is right. FB is a place to share and his fan page has tons of people on it, that are a source of hyping up things. I wouldn't doubt that Kaz has a more personal one for friends and family only.
Sure thats true...

Can we leave this topic now?:grumpy:

one last thing I just don't understand: why didn't he just made a public profile right away as most "celeb's" and companies do? :dunce:

Porsche HQ is in the Stuttgart City-district "Zuffenhausen" while Weissach is mainly used as Test Track and is home of their motorsport division.

Stuttgart has many realations to automotive industry, it doesn't necessarly mean he visits Porsche. Though IF he should mention Zuffenhausen... well... "party time!!!"

This time Sony is going BIG (PS4), so maybe that they're willing to pay some extra $$$ for those other vw "bug's" ;)

Thing is him visiting Porsche wouldn't really mean much unless EA were also there. That's who Kaz needs to deal with, not Porsche. He could visit them, become best friends with the CEO but it's not going to help one bit getting their cars in GT6.

Speaking of which, where exactly is EA's headquarters or at least the department that handles those legal matters with Porsche?

If Kaz is visiting the likes of KW suspension:-) does this mean he is wanting to add individual parts manufactures to future versions of GT, or is it more to aid development of their virtual modelling for the game?

I thought EA lost rights to Porsche. Didn't FM4 get a Porsche DLC last year?

Turn10 only managed to strike a deal with EA to get Porsche in DLC, EA didn't lose the rights to Porsche.

It was KW Suspension. 👍

Stuttgart was a world of ice and snow. KW Suspenshon, AMG's meetings with you. AMG headquarters was icebound. views were fresh. Going tomorrow to review the 150 years of automotive history in review what we at Mercedes Museum

Good news either way, and even better if they use both and also use KW data as one of the source for suspension parameter and a tool to provide better spring, damper, and other parts simulation in the game.

Maybe Kaz will use a variety of parts brand, not just KW, and use them for GT's tuning part company, would love to see aftermarket parts brand name and models actually have unique impact in car tuning :)

Even if the visit to KW was just for data and information, I still consider it good news. Shows to me that Kaz is still focused on the physics (and possibly tuning) side of things, a good reassurance after the latest batch of Seasonal Events.

Agreed, +1. Kaz is doing great and bet he's having a blast. :)

Looks like the reason for visiting Stuttgart is the Mercedes Museum, unfortunately not Porsche it seems. But his trip isn't over yet right?

@Analog The real home will always be Mannheim, or more precisely a little village called Ladenburg because that is where Carl Benz started the whole magic! :) Mercedes-Benz HQ is in Sindelfingen as far as I know. Some 20-30km outside of Stuttgart. (...and home-town of my lost love, not called Mercedes...100 times as beautiful as the most beautiful car in the world could ever be... :( )

@SimonK none of his visits must mean that it's about any license deals is it? Or did I miss something?

Indeed, I was just pointing out that him potentially visiting Porsche doesn't mean a license deal is any more likely than before. As I say, it's out of their hands.

If there's only the AMG photo in that post, then the pictures are showing up. The only other photo on the page I see is the Audi picture.

Hopefully the KW Suspension meeting proves to be good for the GT franchise.

In my last post I only posted the AMG photo, so looks like you guys can see them. 👍
