How old is he? My boys are 8 and 6. We've never had a problem with bedtime with them, thankfully.

Also, if he sleeps in your bed, stop that ASAP. Like I told my wife, if you don't want them doing something in 2 years, don't let them do it now. Worked out pretty well. So far...

I share a room with my three younger brothers. One of which is 6 (and three quarters, of course) and will wake the rest of us up every night to climb out of the bunk bed to go get in bed with Mom and Dad. He also refuses to eat anything that isn't pizza, peanut butter sandwiches (no crust obviously), grilled cheese, or candy.
I s'pose that's abnormal.

He is getting better at doing it before he goes to work, maybe 3-4 times a week now. Really does make my day when I can come home and start on dinner and the dishwasher is empty.
Jack's coming around, then? :P

Not a chance that would fly in my house!

I love it when my oldest girl (4) clearly prefers Cars toys and Hotwheels above Princess and Hello Kitty stuff. Raised well!!

I love it when my youngest girl (20 months) eats like me. Never stops untill the plates are empty. Raised well too!!

And I love them too when they go to bed at 1900 and never complain. We are very strict in these matters. The only time when they are allowed an hour or two sleep in our bed is when they are really ill. Like in having feever. We do here from other people that they find it hard with young kids. It is not easy compared to the life without kids, but if you allow them to sleep in your bed, it's impossible to turn that around.
