Funny how the name Huracàn sounds like italian exclamation Orcocàn...which means something like "holy cow!". Nice exclamation for such a beauty. Just like it was for "Countach".

Lamborghini Hurácan LP610-4: Wait, This Might Actually Be It

this is amazing
thanks for the new wallpaper

Looks nice. Still has the tight compactness of the Gallardo, but with some of the Aventador's sleekness. It immediately ages the 458 Italia and makes it look frumpy.

Just saw it now and I'm a bit disappointed. I thought it would be a radical thing like the Sesto, but it looks like a rounded Aventador all squashed to be compact. It's not ugly, it's at least funny-looking and the proportions appear to be a bit wrong. On the other hand, there is plenty of power, it´s fast and it might handle like a dream. So not everything is bad. Oh and the name is bit silly.

I really like the Huracan! I've been reading the comments on CarBuzz and everyone is saying the same thing: The rear sucks. Personally, I have to disagree. It looks much better than most supercars of its class, and even some other Lamborghinis (Sesto Elemento, namely).

The only thing I worry about is how many special editions they'll make, like with the Gallardo. :scared:

If they do a faster version, like the LP560-4 to the original Gallardo, then by the time the last of the line comes, it could have more power than the Murcielago SV, and would be very close to the Aventador.

Also, i would really like to see this car in GT6.

the rear lights reminds me of Sesto's actually (which is not a bad thing).

By the way, I've always wonder what is the red dynamo-motor-thingy on the rear of the Sesto, that's the only thing that mad Sesto's rear looked weird to me.

I agree with this with the exception of the 458 Italia. The Italia is drop dead gorgeous to me. Lamborghini and Ferrari just have different styling direction, Lambo usually more radical/extreme looking. I wasn't a big fan of the Gallardo but I'm really digging the Aventador queues in a smaller Gallardo size package. Well done.

I pronounce it as "hurr-a-can".

I like it. It's not as sharp and pointy as other models and it just looks sleek. Probably the first Lambo I've liked a lot since the Diablo. Well done Lamborghini.

I'm liking this a lot more that the Gallardo already, current Lambo edginess really shines for the Huracan. 👍

It looks great! Change the headlights and we have a looker. No really, those headlights look awkward.

Definitely take this one over the Aventador to be honest.

It looks better (Yes, even at the rear) will be more useable day to day (Hey, I'm buying a car and I want to use it more than once in the lilac moon) and just as quick on the road (Useable power, better 'box and a smaller size so it can be placed on the road easier)

So... Audi ruined Lamborghini NOW?

Well, it's a Lamborghini, so it has that going for it.

I dunno. I don't not like it, but I don't really like it all that much either. The Gallardo was getting old, I'm happy we finally have a proper replacement, but the "tiny Aventador" thing is kinda "eh" for me. In-house, I'm still a Porsche guy.

Welcome to the world, Lamborghini Huracàn! I agree with YSSMAN on the Gallardo getting old. I never really liked the Gallardo much looks-wise. Much different story with this new baby Lambo. My only issue with its design are the openings under the tail lights. I am otherwise perfectly fine with the front and side profiles.

I'm sure we'll see all kinds of customs and such for this new car, including people trying to convince me that white-colored and yellow-colored supercars are beautiful (good luck trying to sway my interest in those departments...). I do like this Huracàn. Me gusta.
