ive been told that you win the muira on a B-spec event just wondering if this is true if so what event is it?

False, i've won all races and all tracks in B-Spec except Nurburgring 24h and I haven't won that car.

I bought mine at one point in UCD, but it was allot earlier on in the game. I thought it might win in historic's and it didnt...

You're probably thinking of the Mazda Furai concept car. You do win that in a B-Spec event, in the NR-A Roadster race in the Amateur Hall.
