That's hard, since I like both Impreza WRXs and Lancer Evos. I think i generally prefer the Impreza WRX, but I have to say, I love the Evo VII.

no actually, i have drivin a Impreza in real life, since my uncle owns one, and i cang et around corners really fast and it to me it handles really well, idk about a EVO never drivin one.

Phew... Difficult...

I like the Subaru impreza up until the 22B series. That design appeals more to me... The only EVO sold here is the VII and onwards, I like that design better than the 22B series from Subaru...
BUT! The sound of the boxer-engine from Subaru just sounds phenomenal! I don't think the EVO can equal that sound... Still... To me the Impreza is too grip-happy. EVOs are easier to get sideways The EVO it will be!

I picked the Suby, Im not a huge fan of them but I just can't seem to get excited by evo lancers.
I'm probably one of the few people who likes the bug eyes WRX. It got panned by the media here but the looks grew on me. The modern lancers look horrible though.

Lancer because of it's close transmission gear and sharp acceleration (sp?), I think the evo is faster on 1/4 mile and it's the winner of WRC when Tommi Makkinen drove it. I love evo 6 T.M makkinen Edition the best

I've always liked the EVO better, seems to be easier to stick into tight corners. The Impreza is excellent as well, but it tends to understeer too much for my tastes.

I favor the STi over the Evo any day. What the Impreza does with that 3 litre, 4 cylinder boxer engine is just awesome. Not only that, but on tarmac/asphalt tracks, I find the STi to be more sensitive. The Evo moves like a brick around the track, and thats from personal experience in the game. And putting the ridiculously huge hood scoop aside, I just like the way STi's look. I think Evo's are the most bland cars in the game in every aspect.

However, rally races are different. That lack of sensitivity the Evo has becomes more of a pro than a con. It glides easily through any track. But since GT4 allows us customization rights, thats a factor easily changed in the STi.

Meh, I don't waste my time with low grade Imprezas and Lancers. Leave that for daily travel in real life. What matters most in GT4 is performance, in which case the STi kills the Evo.

The Impreza has too much understeer but the Evo has only a 5sp transmission. I think overall I prefer the Impreza

2000 Lancer EVO RS. and all other EVOS are good they are better than subarus.
