o **** yeah i know the cerbera is maybe the best car on gt3, the only reason i did these lap times with the castrol supra was because it has lesser handling than the cerbera and therefore is harder to do better laps with. its more of a challenge to drive the supra but id have the cerbera lm anyday over the supra

I ran the Castrol Supra time in a GT2 series, ECC on the granturismo.com board. I had a save at the time, but have competed in over 20 races since then, and unfortunately that run is no longer saved on any of my memory cards.
I am guessing that you Maverick have a dex drive? Is this the type of proof that you have?
If so, then I'll issue you a small challenge. I'll re-run Tahiti in the Supra. I spent quite a bit of time getting the 50.3, but likely can pull off a 50.8 +- or so with relative ease, without cutting too heavily into the time required to run in the series that I am racing in now.
Your part of the challenge is to run at Deep Forest in the Nissan R390 97'. I already have a decent time saved on Memory Card with a clean run, that I would be happy to send to you by dex. I'll give you a week to post your time for Deep Forest.
(Note - some patience would be required, I don't have a dex, but a friend about an hour away does)

We are probably amongst the strictest group against cheating, and as far as I know, have the only published list on know cheaters around. I fully appreciate the nature of cheaters and cheating, and don't really need a lecture on proof of times. While I have become fairly quick there are a number of drivers far quicker than I. You would likely be well served to not act so flippantly to some of those who have been around for quite some time, as you could probably learn a great deal from them.

nah i dont have a dex, i use my digital camera. ill take you up on your challenge but i only recently erased gt2 data off my memory card and i am completing it all again. when i get the gt1 ill give it a chop and post my times with proof.

A digital camera shot is not accepted as proof of times in racing series. Simply it is too easy to photo shop changes in. I've seen it done on a number of occassions. Additionally, it does not prove that you have run a clean lap, which is a very important portion of reviews of times.
Having said that, I'll accept that this is an informal type challenge, and trust that you are an honest person.

i get pissed at people sayin they did these great lap times when they actually are half assed wankers that cant race for ****. i think my photos would be tamper proof, the camera cost me 100 bucks and is really crappy picture quality ha ha.

im not incurring your a half assed wanker that cant race for **** either lol. my photos are very grainy and if you look back through the posts in this lap times forum youll see another guy that says my photos are clean. i wiped the community and i am currently makin a web page and i will post all the stuff there. ill take the photo of the gt1 lap time and post it in here and you can download it.

yeah i know it a nissan, they are R390 GT1. ill give it a chop with both the R390 GT1 LM Race Car 97 and the R390 GT1 Race Car 98 and give you my lap times.

grand valley endurance here i come 
I gave it a go as well with 97 R390. So far my best is 1:06.604//181mph. Fogelhund, What settings for camber & toe do u suggest ? I have them both at zero. My gearing looks pretty good, I,m just in the red in 6th before I,m breaking for the 1st turn. I have my shocks at bound 4 //rebound 1. Ride height 70/71. Springs 7.4 & 6.2. Stabilizers at 5.

ive got max negative toe, no camber, cant remember downforce, gear ratio of 17, 7 bound 7 rebound, 100mm ride height, 7 for both stabilisers. seems to go well.

ive currently got the grand valley endurance race paused on 56/60. i hope i dont get the friggen cleica rally car because i dont wanna do it all again 
Fogelhund , thanks ,I'll give those a try. A few of them sound a little off the wall. maybe that's why I 'm not able break into those extreme times. Hey Mav, what other car would you win at Grand Valley? As for the Toyota Celica rally car. I like it , ,. Put some super soft slicks on it and run the GT300.

i put the wrong car there, you dont win the celica there, you can win 2 cars, impreza rally car (the old crap one) and the R390 GT1 LM Race Car 97. if i get the impreza im gonna be real pissed off. but i suppose ill have to do it again...

the celica rally car is sick. its got heaps of grunt and great handling, in my previous gt2 games ive used it to do the seattle endurance.

ha ha ha last night i managed a sweet lap time. i managed to get a 1.11.111 lap time around rome city in a mugen civic type - r. what are the odds of doing that again???? ill tell you F U C K A L L A N D N O N E!!!

i did the grand valley endurance but i won the subaru rally car and im not wasting my time doing it again when i could get the rally car again instead of the r390. so im not gonna get the 97 model. cant be ****ed.
