My favourite circuit is Red Rock Valley. Post your times for this circuit, and I'll see what I can do in my Viper GTSR or Aston Martin tonight, for posting tomorrow.
To be honest, I dont really care about time, just winning, so I havent recorded any best times yet.

Hi Pete, You know the song at the intro on the arcade disc, ( in the end it's only me alone ) Anyhow's ,try besting 1:03.309. It's most suredly not the fastest time out there but it's a good start. Hey Vip, the best I could muster tonight was a 1:00.051

Most of the LM type cars will run under a minute with the correct settings at Red Rock. The GT ONE Road Car will do in the 50 second range, the GT ONE race 51 seconds or so..

Drat! I only got 1 minute and 10 seconds. My best excuses include being a fairly new player, racing in a 1700 kilogram Aston Martin (even if it does have 726bhp), and playing on arcade so I couldn't tweak my bits. I can't get the hang of these FR cars either. I only keep them pointing the right way with sports tyres, traction control and active stability controllers. At 726bhp, crazy spins are reduced with this technology into wild swerves, which still slow me down. My Suzuki Pikes Peak may do better. Or my Viper GTSR (If it doesn't spin)

Yes the escudo smokes the toyotas, but it is generally considered a childs toy.

Pete. Go getcha some supersoft tires and go to time trials on the arcade disc. There you can tweak your bits to your hearts content. Fogelhund here is alot faster than me , ya might be able to get a few tips from him.

Hi Fogelhund, I tried to get on at that other sight but they don,t accept applicants that have a free e-mail address. I have another address , it,s from my server, it,s a road runner e-mail address, but it keeps getting rejected as an error . bummer.

The Escudo never gets driven unless I'm introducing someone to the game . I let them take it to superspeedway and I take the yellow monster Speed 12. Some folks take it and set records. But that,s permanent if you save and then they're stuck with those times cause no other car is able to compare .

I never use the Escudo Pikes Peak, even though I own it. Sure it smokes every other car, and can set the fastest lap times, but to do that is so unchallenging it just isnt fun .
Hey, I cut 4.5 seconds off my Red Rock Valley time. I used the Viper GTSR team Oreca, and managed to avoid spinning for an entire lap. 1:05.428 is the actual time. I will beat 1:03, its just a matter of time.

yeah the escudo is a farkn fast car but i wouldnt class it as a race car...its more of a car that should be used on the dragstrip. it takes 0% skill to drive that car...wallride...wow...thats cool...

meh......just popped the saleen SR widebody onto tahiti road and got 54.252. nothing impressive. ill try wen i hav an hour, maybe i'd do better than just in 5 minutes

The Ford GT-90 did pretty well at Tahiti for me except for the regular spin every 2nd lap.

I ran into that problem with wall runners who loved the scootdo and thought they couldnt be beat so i would grab the cerbra and take them to rome night and walla it is possible!
