Hi guys, I have two little problems on my Windows 7 laptop and maybe someone can help 
.
I want to start with the microphone. It always worked without problems, but recently viewing the pc settings, I noticed that it results "Disable" . So I tried to click on "Enable" , but it still remains on "Disable". I don't know what to think, I also try to see on the Services window but nothing interesting here.
Second problem it's internet. Well, to say it easy, internet works very good, wireless connection also works great , but the point is that the pc, if it's connected, doesn't notice the connection.
On the down-right corner of the screen, the internet icon appears with the yellow thing, saying there are connections; infact, moving the mouse on that , the screen say "Not connected - There are connections" and if I click two times it always says to me "Not connected" BUT on my wireless connection it results.
This isn't a very big problem, except that at my university I must use a VPN connection.
My university gives me the pc app to get the VPN connection , but if I open it, it doesn't work, saying me this message:
"Impossible configure VPN connection. There are no VPN device. To install a VPN device, contact the PC administrator."
I try to look on all the settings, but also nothing here to help.
At this point I think the two things are connected, because first I have to connect at the university wi-fi connection, and next open the VPN application to start. So , if my pc doesn't recognize the wi-fi connection, the VPN can't start.
Maybe that isn't correct, but hey, I give a try to understand what the problem is
