Least familiar track

I love the El Capitan, it's fantastically variated. However, not reverse, though.
I dislike the Opera Paris and Hong Kong. Suzuka is sometimes fun, sometimes not. Grand Valley is rather simple to do mistakes in, but it's easy to find the right track.

Try Reverse. Preferably in a tight car, with a strong chassis. Understeer has to be minimal. Street-car, preferably. Then take it out, race until you die, and come with the verdict. It's the most fun reverse track I can think of.

I was very unfamilar with suzuka until tourist trophy came out and tons of challenges were on it. I also got better at the ring in TT(although the best line is harder to hit on bikes it's much easier to stay on the road and not crash)

I dislike hong kong, it's really narrow for the speeds that you COULD take the corners at. I have never driven on seoul as far as I can remember. New york is also one of my never drive for fun tracks. Any of the street based tracks with normal intersections as 90 degree turns being most of the track annoy me. Although this doesn't apply to paris at night for some reason new york, seoul, and hong kong are undrivable.

Fuji 2005, just too hard to see where the actual track is. I might learn it sometime because the other tracks can be intersting, albeit easy.

Motigi, just don't race on it lots. Again it's one of the tracks I ignored until tourist trophy and learnt it in that game. It's never a track that I have raced for enjoyment though. The elevation change straight is cool but thats all the track is, straightaways connected to a few corners.

Rally tracks :( I like rally but most of them are just too slippery to get through and learn, especially with a DFP.
