That brings up a nice story behind. The leader of Team Blackjack was employed by turn 10 when they saw the popularity of the videos that he posted featuring his team from Forza 1 and Forza 2. That one, was done on the Turn 10 studios. Also the original video doesn't come with that music. That is a re-used video.

This reminds me of the DRIVER series of games. I remember them having a replay editor/director mode for awesome movie-like replays. I've spent countless hours on those in years past.

I like this one very much. Even tough the music in the original one fits better to it.
I just hope PD will give us a real mountain track like Fujimi Kaido in Forza. I would even be willing to pay for a track like this more than for the previous DLC Packs.

Lets hope and pray that in the next DLC - whenever it will be - they will give us a similiar track like this. Imagine running lots on a track like that.

and yeah even the cita d aria and almafi courses from gt3-4 would be fun. other games have some downhill/uphill courses, come on PD notice the touge community

something just ocurred to me, Kaz is very anti streetracing so thats the explination for the lack of courses

I believe Season 3 was a great success! And I hope that Season 4 will kick off the new 2012 year strongly as well! And this will test GT5 version 2.02 and how this will effect LotS! I believe we have a few more new players who joined us recently and I hope that you guys will be able to enjoy your stay here in LotS.

The current Legend of the Streets from Season 3's is Redsun-Maccer42. But beware, there's a Touge God from Season 3 who is OSE_CAP__SHADOW.

CAR SELECTION & TUNING REGULATIONS FOR SEASON 4

Car Selection

One Player can only have one registered car per-class
The car's PP is fixed for the season
Selected car must be a road legal car
No RM / Race / Rally / Concept Cars
Listed Tuner Cars - See List of eligible tuner cars
You cannot change Cars & PP after you registered IMPORTANT!!
The same cars which is picked more than 4 times in the last Core Season cannot be chosen by those players​

CLASS B: up to 450PP - 2WD only
Sports Hard Tyres or Comfort Tyres Only

SEASON 4 LOTS FINALS BATTLE

In Season 4, we're be seeing who is crowned the Endurance King Title. During the first and second week, vasho__ and Street-King-07 has been battling it out in the CMSD battle. In week 1 they battled for 11 rounds and week 2 they battled for 17 rounds! In both cases, vasho__ has been able to seal the win. It's really the battle of the will!

Also, if RedSuns-Maccer42 and vacaseg9 are able to see each other, there will be a battle for the LotS title for Season 4. This is due to the unpredicatability of the GT5 network that both RedSuns-Maccer42 and vacaseg9 are having difficulties seeing each other on track. Whoever wins this battle will win the Legend of the Streets Title for Season 4.​

I was playing around in the course maker this morning (always do) and decided to turn off the map display, gave me an idea. Wouldn't turning off the map give a more realistic feel of learning a course? Without it, all you got is experience of the track rather than eying a map with every corner of the course. Makes people practice more.

To promote variety in LotS, I've come up with this Rule for the Core Series.

During a Season, if a certain car is registered more than 4 times in a particular class. The user is not allowed to pick that particular car for the next Season.

So what that means is that from Season 3:

Looks like takumi will have to reregister, noticed he already signed up with his R1. I think this new rule is good though it stops it becoming a one make race of just the top end cars.

I just wonder how many 86 GT's we will see for Beta class this season.

I've got a suggestion on a new type of battle style. I'll let it be an option for use for Season 4. I'll be getting Vasho to post up the new battle style when he is ready.

Also, take note that ABS use is now limited to 1.

I've already signed up my 'Fujiwara Edition' 86 trying to stay true to the style of Initial D. Also thanks for sharing Irabaki Complex now that I've got it back.

I'll like to say thanks to everyone last year in 2011 who propelled LotS to what it is today! I'm proud to say that we're the second biggest Club based on the amount of posts in the Clubs and Leagues Section after chuyler1's 450pp Street Car Tuners Club.

I as well registered for class B with the new Toyota GT 86. That car is just a blast to drive. Lets see how it will hold up.

Well i would like to promote a new battle style into LOTS. So lets see what you guys think about it.

New Battle Style:
The Battle Style would be called "Do Not Cross The Center Line" - or short DNCL - or something like that. The Name does not realy matter.

So as the name allready says the combatants are not allowed to cross the center line on the track with their car.

I have tryed a run with Street King 07 yesterday and it is very challenging and most of all very fun.

The rules would be as follows but they can change:

Gap would be 1 second - more is to much as this battle style is very close and intense.
The car can cross the center line with only two tyres at a time.
If the leading car crosses the center line with more than 2 tyres it should wait for the follower to catch up. Or - the driver that has crossed the line will have to wait a few seconds before he can apply throttel again - 2 or 3 seconds.

In this battle style there is no overtaking - or only when the leading car has spinned out and the following car is close by and can overtake without any issue.

This battle style is realy challening and is what i think touge is about - because only one line of the road is to be used the track is much more narrow.

So thats it in a nutt shell. What you guys think?

This could be a fun challenging mode, especialy if traffic is involved to give an extra enforcement to make sure drivers stay on one side of the road.

Also a variation of this could be continuous grip gambler style untill the gap is over "X" amount of seconds. Both drivers start side by side one driver would start in the left lane while the other starts in the right, both divers must stay in their respective lane at all times possible, if a driver corsses out of their lane they recive a penalty (would need a 3rd or 4th person to watch the race to enforce the rules). At the end of the lap after the finish line drivers switch lanes and the roll to the first corner at 60mph(ish) and then continue the race as before.

Would be kind of similar to scalectrix racing or slot car racing.
